I was very pleased with my service from Hydro Force Plumbing. Arturo the owner came out on a Sunday morning and checked everything out very well. I plan to have him return for more projects in the Plumbing category, for which he has already sent me quotes. He was very pleasant to deal with and am looking forward to the future projects.

Excellent service. Very thorough in their evaluation and solution presented to replace our main sewer line preserved a large Sycamore tree in our front yard. Other contractors would have required the removal of the tree at a significant expense. Very pleased.

Overall my experience with Hydro Force was excellent, and was especially so with Arturo. His estimate for the job was very reasonable, and he was patient with my many questions. Once the decision was made to proceed with the work (a big job of replacing 4 toilets on 3 floors, as well as other plumbing work), a date was quickly set and work began on schedule. When unexpected problems arose, Arturo quickly explained what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what additional costs (if any) there might be. Arturo is very professional and knows plumbing. He arrives exactly at the appointed time. The quality of his work is excellent. He s responsive, answers texts and calls promptly. I was very pleased with the work done by Arturo and Hydro Force, and I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Arturo of Hydro Force was able to fit us in for a same day appointment when we needed verification for a water leak. He was extremely helpful in identifying the problem which turned out to be a caulking issue and not a pipe leak. He took time to clearly instruct my husband on what type of caulk to use and how best to apply it to resolve the leak issue. We will definitely use Hydro Force again if we are in need of plumbing services in the future. Would highly recommend Hydro Force if you are in need of qualified plumbing services.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Been having drainage issues with our kitchen sink for a year or two. Biggest problem was hubby trying to fix it himself. Finally called Hydro Force Plumbing to come take a look and right away Arturo knew what the problem was. Not only was he extremely diligent with how to fix the problem but took extra measures to make sure we understood how to prevent this issue again. He didn't rush...in fact, he even took extra time to make sure it was working 100%. We appreciate his thoroughness, his expertise, and most importantly his honesty and sincere service. Hoping this issue does not arise again. We will definitely be recommending him on to friends and family!!!

The company was hired to remove and replace a toilet in the second floor. Arturo is professional, knowledgeable and he immediately made me feel at ease while working in my home. He works fast. Importantly, he cleans the work area at every step.of the process. After pulling out the old toilet he diagnosed the problem and made sure I understood that the repair could be simple or more involved. Before leaving he made sure that the toilet was functional. Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Fixed everything, and did things rather quickly. The only thing I would say is that I like to troubleshoot to root cause and this looked like a job that started at here is the cheapest which quickly escalated to a higher cost. Even with that said, the technician was very professional about the situation and I would higher again.

Unfortunately, while trying to do this most cost effective, it still did not fix the problem. Then I suggested to doing a major rebuild to fix the toilet leak, I even gave you a discount for the work done. To my understanding you were very happy with the work done. So not sure what happened to our communication!! Look forward to working for you in the future."
