Swimming Pool Covers Installation and Replacement
Thanks again to Hydro Pool for another great year. As always these past 10 years, George ensured last week's pool closing and cover installation went smoothly. Kudos to the service department, including those like Dave who always answer my calls in a friendly manner and make scheduling hassle free. Thanks again, until next year's pool opening Hydro Pool!

HYDROPOOL.COM - DO NOT USE THIS SITE....you won't get your stuff and when you try to find out where it is....GOOD LUCK! Sent my stuff 2 TIMES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS..... when I used the correct address both times! Trying to fix their mistake is a joke.... no matter what I said, they repeated back and did the opposite!!! The more I tried to RE explain the situation, the more they would not even listen to me. Meagan took care of my issue and each contact and action was another disaster. She is truly incompetent and insane. NEVER AGAIN! Don't fall for the cheap prices...not getting the stuff that they mail to "god knows who" will make the cheap price and ALL the hassle not worth it!

Had consistent Hydropool service on 50k gallon pool, two pumps, and waterfall for 17 years. Folks are always available for my concerns, decisively provide regular service, best priced in area, and are flexible with changes to schedule and services. Rick is the only guy I trust for good service.

Great service, reliable, followed up with me the next day!!! Only because the technician was 2 hours late, I deducted a 1/2 star. Luckily, I work from home mostly - so my schedule is flexible. However, I know this may not be the case for everyone. I definitely WILL hire them again...:-)
