Daniel was wonderful. We just purchased a house and the sauna heater was not working. He quickly found and fixed the problem, explained what had happened and then gave me a tutorial on how to use it properly.

i sent an email about my hot tub not working and Dan called me the same day and was able to get out to me the very next day figured out what was wrong in under an hour had to order some parts and game me some good info on upkeep and preventive measures for my hot tub. He also helped me with another project that i was doing that was more along the lines of yard work. because he had some tools i was lacking i was really impressed with how nice and helpful he was i would recommend his service to anyone.

I am very satisfied with the service that I received from Hydro Tech. Daniel came the day that I called for service. He diagnosed the problem and while developing an extimate, he explained everything in detail and gave me various options to keep the cost down and ensure that I was satisfied. He completed the repairs in a very fast and cleaned up the area before leaving. Daniel is very professional and customer friendly, therefore I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Very satisfied he went above and his call of duty and cleaned out my drain. This wasn't part of the job I hired him for. Very realiable , It was great to get the extra service. A must hire if you need work done at your home.

Daniel knows what he is doing with hot tubs. I had a very difficult project to bring my hot tub back to life. It took longer than I would have liked, but after finishing the project I realized it was not service related but a poor manufacturer's design. I initially filed a complaint due to time length of the project but retracted it because he came through for me and stuck with me. Make sure to clearly define your schedule and work expectations up front when working with Daniel, as you would with anyone. He will teach and advise everything he is doing. Cheers

Daniel is very conscientious and takes pride in his work. He is concerned that the customer is satisfied. Daniel is very knowledable about hot tubs, he replaced a hot tub motor for me. After he completed his work, I discovered a leak. Daniel came back at no charge to diagnose the problem. The leak was not a result of his work. He does good work and did not leave any mess. My only complaint is his follow up. He told us that the new motor would take a week to get here. It actully took over 2 weeks and I had to call him to find out what happened. Getting him back to complete the job took longer than expected.

Dan contacted me immediately & came out the next day after we got off work. He quickly assessed the problem, ordered the parts & completed the job in a timely manner, just as we discussed. I would contact him again, if we needed his services in the future.
