I had a new Hydrawise system installed last summer, and the experience has been consistently frustrating since day one. Within days of installation, I noticed that while the system indicated it was watering, no actual irrigation was occurring. After contacting support, I was told it was likely a wiring issue. I paid for a service call and had additional work done, including new heads installed in one of my zones. Now, at the start of this season, a new issue has surfaced?Zone 2 remains running simultaneously with Zones 3 through 6, which clearly points to a system or wiring fault. When I reached out for assistance, the response I received was disappointing. Before any inspection or troubleshooting, the representative immediately attributed the issue to lack of winterization and stated I would be charged again. This approach is concerning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. This business lacks accountability and customer-focused support

Hydro-tech did a FABULOUS job installing our new irrigation system. The workers were efficient, tidy and professional. It was miracle ... this underground watering system was placed in our lawn and there was no damage done to the lawn. Our POC was David Reese and he was wonderful ..... answered all my concerns and questions promptly and also very professional. His professionalism is really what made the decision for us to go with Hydro Tech. We've had the system for a few months now and our lawn has seriously NEVER looked better. I sent out inquiries for installation of a sprinkler system in January 2018 to three companies and Yoni Wiss came to my house the very next day and gave me a very fair quote. The installation on February 19, 2018 was painless and professionally done and my system works wonderfully. I'd like to especially like to thank Yoni for his excellent customer service in setting up and programming my Rachio system. Thanks also to Chris who got me set up for the summer. The crew arrived when they said they would and went right to work. We told them about spring bulbs planted in the yard. The workers had already found the small green shoots. One man took the time to carefully remove the bulbs and then replaced them when the completed the installation. We forgot to tell them, about a buried drainage pipe. Just as we ran out to tell the workers, the machine stopped and we saw the drain pipe had been pulled up. Not his fault, but without being ask, the worker went about repairing it. They cleaned up the yard, to include the rocks they dug up, and left nothing behind. They displayed Superior customer service.

They were efficient , effective and timely.

Called the begining of May, busy season, came out in 10 days. Tech fixed two pipes one underground, replaced two nozzles and added 4 extensions was there two hours, sweet

I am always impressed with with any company that does what they say they will do in the time period they say. Hydro-Tech did just that so that automatically gets them 4 stars from me. The other factor that really impressed me is that the sales rep, Yoni Wiss, could not have been any more professional or polite. He was great about explaining the ins and outs of the system and made helpful suggestions when appropriate, not just to sell more product. Furthermore, he was very accommodating to my specific needs/requirements. I will have no compunctions about recommending Yoni and Hydro-Tech to any of my neighbors. While my system was being installed, my neighbor indicated that he also is using Hydro-Tech to service his system and is very happy with their performance. I am new in this neighborhood, so we hadn't discussed sprinklers before yesterday. Hydro-Tech wasn't the cheapest, but I felt more comfortable with Yoni than the other sales reps that I contacted, so the decision to use them was an easy one for me.

Did a great job an a reasonable price. At the end of the job, Joe took about two hours of his time working with us to make all the minor adjustments we asked for. We're very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Hydro-Tech to our friends.

The crew did a very nice job installing an irrigation system for me. I was very happy to have the job installed very quickly but later found out that all the pressure to get it done quick was becuase they were very overpriced. I was promised a diagram of the yard layout and sprinkler heads (so that i will know where/what not to destroy should i do any other yard/digging projects) and winterization process, but three weeks after completion, after re-requesting it, i still don't have any information. They did a great job putting the yard back together. Looks perfect 3 weeks later.

We selected Hydro-Tech because we received from Yoni Wiss, an on-site, detailed proposal and thorough explanation of how and why he designed the system he felt should be installed. The crew was professional, efficient and very polite. When we viewed the work in progress, understandably, there was a lot of exposed dirt and sod pulled aside. When we saw our property after completion of the sprinkler installation, the area was as clean and the sod intact as if nothing had happened. We were very pleased with the results.
