Jon came to service the hot tub in a timely manner, but it's been over a month now since he was here and he still hasn't installed the parts! Very disappointed, doesn't return calls. We're without our spa for a month, who knows when it'll be fixed! I'd be happy to discuss my displeasure with him. I wouldn't recommend this business at all!!!

"Mr.Gherish new pc board has been installed as of November 20th. Unfortunately spa parts are not as readily available as some consumers wish. In fact many manufacturers have the parts made specifically for thier tub, which is the case with the Gherish's spa. We are presently getting another new PC board for them and absorbing all labor charges. As you can see from our recent reviews we definately do all we can to please. Some consumers are more difficult than others."

Totally dishonest in his transactions; Unfortunately, the workmanship must have been so poor because the brand new power board is now corroded, 7 months later; Now again i have to wait for him to take it; he tells me he will send it to the company for warranty; however, the part was brand new/it sounds to me, a layperson that the workmanship was faulty; why else would there be corrosion? why would he not say, don't worry, its 7 months old and we stand by our product and our work! we will fix it. that is all i want to hear; instead, i get, we send it in and see what the company says about the product. I wish i never met this guy and

"This customer was an extremely slow paying customer and told us many untruths along the way. We installed a new PC Board which she says is defective. We are going to return and see what the problem is and correct it under wearranty if that is in fact the case. November 27th ,2009. In conjunction with the pro's at service magic, Jonathon and Gregorio's has arranged a new PC board for this consumer free of charge. Hopefully this consumer is going to be happy."

Despite a delay in installation, they worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. There was a problem with the size of liner ordered and a bit of mis communication. But overall they did the job very professionally.

Jonathan Gregorio contacted me and we set up a date via telephone for my pool opening as well as repairs. Due to the weather (rain, rain and more rain) he has to wait to do tile repair. We are still on going with pool repairs. He came out and we met and agreed to a price on the spot. Very comfortable with his professional attitude and feel I made the right choice. He is easy to talk with and I feel very respectful of what I need and what he can do. He is extremely knowledgeable and again, I am very impressed with his professionalism. I would highly recommend him.

Unreliable. Failed to fix the problem. Took over 2 month of miscommunication. Misdiagnosed the problem. Bad experience!!!

"The homeowner here was actually out of the country while we tried to contact him. It took over 2 weeks to receive a response. He actually admitted as much to us.We have incurred much of the same in trying to resolve his issues."

Jonathon and his team were excellent. They arrived promptly and were very knowledgeable. They spent a good amount of time explaining how our filter and pump work, and had it all hooked up before they left. They were able to save us from having to purchase any extra items that we though we needed but didn't actually need. I would highly recommend them to our fellow pool owning neighbors.

Submitted a request for repair on Sunday. They contacted us immediately and where at our home the following day. repair was completed timely and efficiently and they even played with our german sheppard "Cleo" who usually doesn't take to anyone. The Bill was fair and I will definately use them again.

We had another company here and they wanted to sell us a new spa. gregorios came out, replaced a small part, told us how important it was to maintain certain items on our spa, the bill was under $200.00 and we are now enjoying our spa again. Beats buying a new one, Thanks John!

Untruthful. Don't keep appointments. Send inexperienced tech back again and again and agian when he can't fix problem. Demanded 50% down, Promised reimbursement and will not live up to it. Going to court.

We gareed to a full price of $250.00 and the vendor charged me $309+. I called the office and spoke to Ann who said she would get with Jon and credit my account. I have heard nothing and my account has not been credited.

"We quoted $250 plus chemicals. The homeowner said he would supply all chemicals but unfortunately we still needed some shock off the truck. This was the difference of cost."

The owner Jon quoted me a price to clean my pool and cover etc.. The price was $250.00 plus $50 to $70.00 for chemicals. The service men were fine but (they had a few technical problems) but completed the job. When the bill was brought to me the total was over $100.00 more than quoted. I refused to pay this amount and the office adjusted the price. I would never use this company again or recommend to anyone. Very poor!

I was very satisfied with their troubleshooting of the problem with the spa. They were prompt and knowledgeable and got back to me in a timely fashion with an estimate. They will be coming shortly to do the repair. Until then, it is really difficult to rate their work.

Well, U can see Gregorio's reply....It just indicates How they lie, I never called and told them how happy I was. The owner, Jonathan is one of the shadiest Bussinessmen I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Just check with the Better Bussiness Bureau (I wish I had!) I could never speak to the owner, I only got the runaround. One time Jonathan actually had one of his employees pose as him on the phone to me! A flat out lie! Who does that kind of thing? Gregorio's own employees even admitted to me how dissatisfied most of their customers are. Please learn from my mistake take your business elsewhere, if you go with Gregorio good lk

"We are apologetic, but what the customer is not stating, is that his pool was not opened or maintained for 2 1/2 years, it does take time to open a pool to all customers satisfaction. This is a busy time of our season and all in all it took 14 visits to get to the customer's satisfaction, which today he called and says he is thrilled to have his pool looking beautiful again 7/28/08"
