Unfortunately, after a few months of service, the cleaners just stopped showing up. I couldn't tell after the first week, but I have a smart home system (Notion) so I know when people enter and leave my house. I contacted customer support (basically the guy who owns the LLC) and he acted nonplussed which was weird. He did refund me, but because he seemed so unsurprised about it, I concluded that cleaning hadn't been happening for a while so I got refunded for two more times. To that end, the customer service was good. It's too bad his cleaners couldn't show up to work. I think his business could be good if he could get a handle on that.

"Sorry you believe our business had poor quality. (Based on your review score). We fully refunded you immediately when the cleaner was unable to make it and also did not charge you at all for a previous cleaning, if you check your billing statements."

James was awesome! He did a great job and was through. I felt bad because he was by himself, but he didn't seem to mind. I will use him again if the need arises.
