Joel's instruments showed I have very poor air quality. Now, I have to have my HVAC system checked and if that is not the root of the problem, then I have to test for mold although mold is not readily evidenced in the home. Time and next steps will tell.

$25000 worth of equipment that rents for $1000.00 per day! Without the education and licensing required to be able to operate this equipment and interpret the results, not to mention the long drive to get to your home! Found your issues and guided you to the solution! Sorry that you are upset with the bad results and the truth but you obviously do not appreciate what we did for you. What else do you want from customer service? If I did something wrong, please tell me! But do not give me 3.5 stars for customer service and value for the money based on an emotional response! I never ask for reviews from anyone in 8 years in this business. Every one of my reviews is contrary to yours. ratings except for quality which you gave me 5 stars and that is greatly appreciated. But I do not understand why 3.5 stars. Please let me know if you can! Every one of my reviews is without solicitation!
