Mold remediation in the crawl space and in a small area in the attic. Installation of vapor barrier and ventilation fans in the crawl space. The processes were clearly explained to us and they were responsive to our concerns. The crews were on time and very careful in preventing contamination to other areas of the house. They also cleaned up everyday after they finished. The quality of the job was very good.

I am a Realtor and was over seeing some repairs at one of my listings. IAQM provided Top notch service and were very professional! All of the technicians were polite and considerate. The work was done on time and done correctly. I highly recommend them!

Great service! We got a quick turnaround and got timely communication throughout. I'm a Realtor and I was representing the seller in a transaction when we found out mold remediation was needed. We needed it done right and quickly to meet our closing date. Valeria was on top of the project the entire time and followed up frequently. It was a great experience. I would definitely use them again.

I was really impressed with their knowledge and sense of urgency. They told me what I should expect and then delivered as projected. The homeowners were delighted with them also. I will definitely use them again if I encounter mold or suspicion of mold.

IAQM came out to assess the mold issue we had uncovered. They isolated the cause of the issue quickly. They even confirmed a path to resolving the issue that didn’t require their services. They were happy to help. We would definitely recommend.....

I highly recommend working with this company if you have any sort of mold problem. We discovered a pretty bad mold problem in our HVAC system in our home. We went and got quotes from a few different people, but we were pretty overwhelmed by the scope of everything that needed to be done. We went with IAQM based of the honesty and professionalism of Robby Page, the tech who worked with us throughout the project. Having never dealt with a home issue this extensive, Robby helped tremendously keeping us aware of everything happening every step of the process. There were delays in our project due to unforeseen problems, but Robby was always very quick to let us know about the delay and what was going on. He was professional and communicative through the entire process, and is one of the best project managers I've worked with.

D'Andre and Keith were here several times throughout the job to make sure their crew was performing the job at the level and quality they promised and expected. They made sure my property was protected and cleaned up after themselves each day before leaving. Then after they had completed the job D'Andre and Keith both came amd walked the job for a final time. I would highly recommend IAQM. I did the research between them and 4 other companies before deciding. IAQM was in the middle of the pack on price but offered more work and time on the job than all the other competitors. Save yourself some time. I definitely did the footwork on this one. You will not find better for more or for less!

They literally saved our lives. Don and Katie Vrana, a family owned business, spent the time to interview my wife and I on the Saturday before they started. My wife has Dementia and Don decided that we could stay in our home and he would work around our schedule! That was a true blessing! Their team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable of all concerns that I had! I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone. They are now our friends!! They have already helped other friends of mine, and relatives. They're really in business to help people out.

Very Happy with IAQM, LLC. I had first hired a nationally known company to remove mold from under the house. They did such a bad job I had to fire them. I then hired IAQM LLC. They started the work immediately and I have never worked with anyone who was so helpful. I highly recommend IAQM, LLC.

IAMQ did an excellent job for us in a pinch when buying a new home. They were quick, professional and did an excellent job in taking care of some contamination in the HVAC ducts and a underneath a leaking window. Highly recommended!

The working crew with Mr. Perry, DeAndre and others was very professional and polite. Well done. They came in took care of the problem in a few days and we received an "all clear". Communication was a problem in customer service. These related to followup, collection of equipment etc. There was multiple times 'a drop' in when we were scheduling and coordination. Customer service started out very accommodating and thorough. Mid process, not so much. Good job otherwise.
