IBA Builders, Inc.

I am not one to leave bad reviews online for companies, but Ben at IBA Builders defrauded me, took my money, did horrible work, and abandoned my job after receiving 90% of payments while only completing 50% of the work. IBA builders is in breach of contract and I am currently in process of seeking legal action against this company. Ben showed up in his Mercedes Benz (no contractor license on vehicle) to my home promising me everything I wanted to get done and in 10 days. The contract he created stated payments would be made 30%, 30%, 30%, 10% for a total of $15,000 to repave the entry of my home. This company subcontracted the work to illegal aliens, probably not people who are competent, or even have a contractors license at all - probably not legal labor - no one spoke English at all, and Ben was not present to direct them. My house is a complete mess, and they do not care. They just took my money and ran. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY AHEAD OF PAYMENT SCHEDULE!!!! Adhere to Contact Terms

Great guys, Ben is the best!!! Definitely recommend them. Anytime I had questions or concerns it was immediately addressed and FIXED! They were on time, and we stayed on budget!! I definitely recommend IBA Builders.

We worked with IBA Builders Inc. on a major renovation project for our home and have been very pleased with their work. Their team communicated effectively and handled the project with professionalism. While there were a few minor issues along the way (as there always are in such projects), they were quick to address them and ensure we were satisfied. Overall, we would recommend them.

Me and my wife wanted to upstage our kitchen, we always knew what we want how ever we didnâ t had a clear picture of it, we met Ben to discuss our project, after 1 meeting with Ben, we just knew that our dream going to come into reality, Ben created a master piece for us, through the whole process he delivered everything, the kitchen came out amazing! First I would like to say a huge thank u to IBA builders We just bought a new house in Tarzana and I needed a lot of repairs and construction. New hardwood floor, paint, new kitchen, and more. Ben (we love and appreciate that guy ) was on top of everything making sure our project came up correctly with an affordable price, 3d designed to show us what we get, and the outcome OMG was just on point! Even better than I could ever imagine! Amazing job that was delivered within time! I was Stepping into this project with a lot of concerns ( a big house Renovation-Not something I did before) And I can tell you that this company will give you the best outcome the best service and most important you will feel safe with them!
