The original estimate was a couple of hours and after the initial contact, they indicated that the work was completed. Time spent on the computer showed that the transfer was not complete and in the process of work, one critical function, that worked before, no longer worked. It took several efforts to repair the damage and to my surprise, the demanded that I pay for problems for which I contended they were responsible. The technician admitted that he had to make the same repair at least twice and maybe even a third. That work was my liability., they said. A list of my assertions never got a direct answer. I paid a reduced bill to end a debate in which there was no real dialogue. The technician was late (by as much as 2 hours) on many of his visits. No doubt that hours of work was done, but exceptions to the quality/care of the repairs. My computer is not 100% returned to its original functionality.

Great experience. Technician was knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions & concerns.

Here on time and solved the problem!
