Charged $400 for first time deep cleaning in which she performed an average job in cleaning but did organize well, and I tipped her $30 on top of it. Upon next cleaning she charged $180 for 3 hours and the house was not cleaned at all (maybe swept) but the floors were not mopped, rugs not vacuumed, large dust collections throughout the home and above the windows and ceiling fans. The baseboards in the kitchen were FILTHY and untouched, the bathrooms were completely avoided but we?re supposed to be cleaned per our agreement. Stains on the window blinds. My family and my babysitter also asked if the cleaning lady had come that day because there was no trace of her being there. I tried to be civil and asked if there was a way we could remedy the situation through a majority refund of services or if she could come and complete the cleaning she was paid for. She offered me less than half of the money back and has not attempted to rectify the situation at all.
