"We try to itemize each item and allow the client to exclude any items they don't feel necessary or within the clients' budget. In this case the client chose to only replace the missing roof panels and leave the ones that were on the roof even if showing damage do to budget constraints. The client also chose to not do the fascia in the rear of the house . After 6 months , the client complained about a leak which was proven to be not on the panels we installed but on his old damaged ones"

"We are always trying to help our Clients to the best of our capability and always considering the clients budget. We were hired to do an emergency roof repair for Mrs [Consumer Name Removed] who was the owner at the time and were not hired to reengineer the existing carport structure. When Ms [Consumer Name Removed] bought the house from Mrs [Consumer Name Removed] she reached out and asked us to bring the carport up to current code we explained we were not hired to do that and simply did an emergency repair to keep water from leaking in the house . We have since reached an agreement with Ms [Consumer Name Removed] over the extra cost to do that and have executed as agreed."

"We explained to homeowner that the roof on the 40 yr old mobil home had been severely damaged by storm,however, the homeowner acknowledged that to be the case bit didn't have the money for a new roof and asked if we could try to at least reduce the amount of water coming down. We explained we could add flashing to that area and try to seal any visible areas but there is no way to tell if it would stop water from coming in. homeowner agreed and we did the job and even went back a second time to seal some more. the homeowner didn't call after that so we asumed we had helped but and we just saw his review. It is unfortunate we do try to help out even when money is an issue but we won't take the job next time if we feel that this might be the result."
