I called Iceberg Home Services to perform an annual AC maintenance -checkup before the summer since it gets heavy use. I was very happy with the communication from start to finish. I was informed of the approximate time of arrival and then the technician contacted me when he was on the way. When he arrived, he was very professional, asked if I had any concerns or questions, then proceeded to start his maintenance check inside and outside the home. He cleaned up the outside unit and the inside as well. He relayed his findings and had some recommendations and gave me a thorough explanation of why he was recommending these things. I did not feel pressured to add anything but rather just felt the technician was looking to help extend the life of my 7-year-old unit and the comfort and peace of mind of my family. I would highly recommend them as they were easy to work with and were able to accommodate me right away and as I said the communication and professionalism were great.

We recently purchased our home and noticed our air handler was releasing cold air into our garage. We called Iceberg and JP and Michael quickly came out and resolved the issue. They also suggested installing a UV light within our air handler to improve our indoor air quality. They were able to complete the duct work correction and the UV light install same day. Our house is reaching temp much quicker now due to them fixing the issue in our ductwork, and our air seems overall fresher due to the UV light. Would highly suggest utilizing Iceberg for any of your home AC needs.

This companies is a rip off yes I signed the contract but I was trusting tech to be honest but that failed - promised things that said I declined probably paid over $5,000 or more for what a new heat pump a new thermostat and out take duct line. Seniors beware they are taking advantage of you deal with someone else. I pursue this far. {P.S. tech workers were great}

Jorge came out first and he showed me all the problems inside my unit and under my house. I made the decision to purchase a new unit and those guys were great too. Luis and I’m sorry I forgot the other guys name put duct work crawling on their backs under my mobile home. Amazing ! Jorge was polite and courteous and gave me options. It was all done the same day. Joshua Swanger Was very professional and knowledgeable as well as Personable. He knew his job well and he executed it.. However, it required an extensive Investigation in which he had to call someone else in.. Joshua returned the next day with another technician Anthony.. They two work together well To expedite this problem. However, ever we really had an In depth problem With our AC We really enjoyed joshua.. He was very thorough in what he did. I contacted Iceberg Home Services and Josh Swanger was the representative I spoke to. He arrived on time and was very knowledgable and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and provided me a quote for the installation of a Gree 18k Mini Split HP. The price was reasonable and I've decided to go ahead with the installation in a few days. I highly recommend Josh. He was very personable and friendly as well. LADIES - this one is for you! In the process of replacing our shower head we somehow busted the pipe. At 8 PM. On hair washing day. Talk about awful timing. Iceberg Home Services was the only company that answered my call and offered to get me immediate service. Christina was the initial person I spoke to and she instantly relieved my anxieties and stress. Sam was the plumber who came out to complete my repair and he kept me informed throughout the entire process, let me know exactly what was being repaired, and was so kind and professional throughout. I cannot thank this company enough! As a woman it's always hit or miss to find a good contract/service company that makes me feel comfortable and let me just tell you, THIS COMPANY IS A HIT ON THE BULLSEYE! The repairs weren't the cheapest but for the quality of work I would pay their fee 10 times over. This will be the ONLY company we utilize in the future for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical repairs. I promise they are worth a call!!
