Good communication and efficient. Helped move furniture as well. Very professional.

He was very unprofessional with not returning my messages or phone calls. I find it distasteful as a professional to show no urgency in resolving my issue. I would not recommend him to anyone. I think the quality of his products are very bad and for someone who is in that line of work having to go out and fix the job 4 times shows the quality of his products. My stairs are still unfinished and I would like for him to resolve my issue either by repair or refund.

ICS Renovations was amazing. The owner, Jorge Sanchez, came out did an estimate, had good follow up, even met my parents and I at Lowes to look at samples we liked. They committed to the date I needed and got it done that day. The guys who installed were very friendly and efficient. Thank you so much for your professionalism and I will definitely use you in the future!

If you have any projects at all, this is the company you want to use. They are unbelievably responsive, professional, skilled and work incredibly hard. They are also prompt and follow through on what they promise. We used them in our new construction home for hanging ceiling fans, putting together and hanging a couple of modular closet systems, hanging draperies, mirrors and more. They are on our speed dial now for any future projects. And to top it off, they are incredibly fair on their pricing. Simply amazing and HIGHLY recommended.

Jorge and his team of Jorges (all three are named Jorge) did a great job installing our floors. They worked hard all day to get the job done in two days as they estimated. &They came back to fix a couple areas that needed fixing. I would recommend them for floor install.
