Competitively priced, arrived on time, friendly to work with, NO hard sales tactics, knowledgeable through and throughout. Overall, excellent to do business with! The included five year maintenance plan is a great bonus!

The technician, an Ecuadorian guy named Kleber, was running behind, but he called to tell me he would be late. He did a thorough job of servicing my AC. He tried to upsell me on an expensive UV lamp to keep the mold he had sprayed under control, and on an annual service plan, but I consider that normal, especially since the HomeAdvisor introductory special price was quite low.. Will hire again next year.

Kleber conducted a very thorough inspection of our system and discovered a Shrader valve leaking and a bad capacitor. He also cleaned out our discharge line which had a lot of gunk and rust in it, suspecting a bad coil line if refrigerant doesn't hold after valve is repaired. Since he was so conscientious, we signed up for this company's energy savings agreement service plan. And we look forward to doing business with Kleber in the future. Thanks, I Care Air Care and Kleber for the cooler air!

I have found my air conditioner service for life!! I am in the process of selling a rental home and had an inspection completed by a potential buyer's mortgage company. I decided not to agree to the terms and backed out. I went ahead and paid for the inspection. It showed several issues with existing AC unit. I looked up on Angie's list and I Care had 2 promotions. I decided to contact them directly. They came on 1-30-17 and inspected and took pictures and really took their time. . I did not share the inspection with him. I wanted to see what he said.When Kleber, my service guy was done, he discussed my options . I could spend a few thousand and fix OR add a few thousand and replace. I chose the later, because I have already replaced everything else except hot water heater. Kleber and his coworker ,Ricky came first thing on Wed 2-1-17 and started the install. They are amazing! What a difference from all of the companies I have worked with and was scammed or tried to scam me. He told me they would replace breaker box, if needed , because new unit was more energy efficient, and he did. He even sent Ricky to buy it. What company after being there several hours does that to help the owner have better cost efficiency by using a lower wattage? They are very pro active to your needs. He told me they would seal the unit to make it more efficient, and he did. He said, he would put in a new thermostat and he did. Then he advises me there is a Free 5 year Service Maintenance Contract that is included with their new installs. Also, a 10 year warranty on the equipment. I recommend anyone looking to use an AC company anywhere I CARE AIR operates, CALL THEM 1st! I am so hay, I am putting them in my associations news letter to help all my neighbors.

Quick to return my call and showed up on the same day. Quality work at a reasonable price. They did not try to sell me a new unit. They just explained the repairs I needed.

Tim and his employees are fantastic. We have used them a few times in our new home. They go above and beyond on identifying the problem, they also take the time to explain everything in depth even for a service call. Very honest and dependable. I recommend them as much as I can when someone asks about AC companies.

I had some issues with a new thermostat and needed a spring tune up. They came out on time and worked his butt off to get the thermostat working. Only issue was after he left we found out the reversing valve was reversed. They came right back out and fixed it for no charge. Great job.
