He was very professional and nice. got quote over phone of $225-$250 for 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, family room, and a set of stairs. Price ended up being $477.

"I just want to clear this up. So you are right it was 250 estimate over the phone. But when we got to your house it was a bit larger then we anticipated. Also because of the excessive amount of dog urine in the carpets we recommend a second treatment of Oder remover and was explained before putting it on that it would cost more money. That is why the bill was higher."

Hired them to clean 'dog smell' from carpets, they said they would 'guarantee' removal. After the first time, the smell was removed from two of the 3 rooms, but the smell remained. ICleanCarpets came back out free of charge and finished the job and now the house smells great.

Seth got the carpets cleaned very quickly and I was impressed with what a good job he did. Only thing I did not realize is that he uses a machine installed in his van to recycle the water. It is noisy and since I work from home, it was a minor disruption. Would recommend Seth.
