Casey was here within an hour after our first conversation on the phone. He identified the problem and returned the next day, bringing the proper part. I only gave 4 stars for customer service because he forgot to call me and let me know he was running several hours late. I find it excusable because he was trying to locate the part. The cost was great, and I will hire him again should the need arise.
