Vacuuming was part of the quote however that was never performed. There are still rat droppings under my seat so I will need to perform that work

Julio was great from start to finish! He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and scheduled a home inspection for the next day. He took many pictures and was great at communicating what he recommended doing. I would received other estimates so I knew his was very reasonable and we were able to get the work done a few days later. Again he provided many pictures of what he did and what the follow up would be. I will definitely use him again if needed and recommend him wholeheartedly!

We had a large bee hive under our backyard shed. We tried to dispense with the bees humanely with oils and scents, but nothing worked. We contacted Impressive, they responded immediately, came that same afternoon. They were pleasant and professional. They explained clearly what to look for and what to expect. They offered a 30 day guarantee. Our bee problem is gone.

We hire julio and his crew to do a termite inspection after getting several inspections to different companies. We got a total of four inspections and four proposals when julio came out he was really detailed versus other companies he send all the evidence at the moment of inspection he was really through and he broke down the prices for Fumigation tenting for termite treatment for subterranean treatment. His prices was really affordable, love the fact that there are small family business. We hire them to do our Fumigation in our home as well in our duplex rental property they did subterranean treatment under the house with a two-year warranty highly recommend Impressive Exterminating for any termites problem

Wow, I am SOOOO grateful for Julio. I really hate bugs. REALLY hate them. Back when I last called on him a couple years back, it got to the point where I was afraid to go to the kitchen at night. â Ok, sure. Why not? A little midnight sna-- WHOA!!â Yeah, that started happening on a regular basis. Me coming to the kitchen for a quick bite at night, only to turn on the lights and see the roaches were holding their own CONVENTION. I stopped putting it off, and finally got around to calling up that number for Impressive Exterminating that I saw on the web. After a few phone calls back & forth, we managed to setup a good time for him to head on over. When he came on over, it was a surprisingly short visit. Too short, actually. I was concerned maybe he didn't really do that much after all. Oh, but he did something incredible. Over the course of the next several weeks, the bug corpses started to pile up, but the bugs themselves were fewer and fewer. It was probably only a month later, when I had the midnight munchies, and decided to risk it. I went to the kitchen, flicked on the lights, and BAM! There it was. Actually, there it WASN'T. No more midnight roach conventions. I was relieved, and got myself a sandwich!
