Innovation Custom Painting LLC

I wish I could give 0 stars. We had Innovation Custom Painting do our epoxy garage floor. They did a horrible job. We made our concerns known to Alfredo and he assured us it was done correctly- even though he didn't come out to check the work his employees did. My 1 year old son would trip in the garage and his knee would bleed from the flakes that were sticking up. We again brought our concerns to Alfredo and he finally came out to see it. He finally agreed that the job was poorly done, yet he refused to fix it. He himself finally agreed that the job was incorrectly done. Yet he wouldn't stand by his work and fix it. We had to have another company come out and fix his job, costing us an additional $650. Alfredo literally said to us "You paid a cheep price- you get what you pay for". His prices were comparable to other companies, but his quality clearly was not. he also said "Go ahead and take me to court, I've done it before" I will never use this company again and cannot recommend anyone else to do so either.

Freddy from Innovation did a great job painting the whole interior including walls and doors at my new home, they also did epoxy-flake coating on my 3 car garage. They were reliable and make it easy! I highly recommend them in the Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota area. He was also fantastic at communicating as he did all this before we moved in. Highly recommend!!!

Thank you for the great work in fixing the black paint issues we had on the entryway wall. The finished result looks great, and we’re very happy with how everything turned out. We appreciate your work and attention to detail!

Great experience with Alfredo and his team! Always on time, excellent quality epoxy work, and a very friendly crew. Highly recommend!

Alfredo was very helpful and did a great job. Thank you

Excellent work and quality!

We had basically the whole interior of our new home painted - walls and ceilings - (including the garage interior), as well as our 3-car garage floor epoxied and everything turned out beautiful! Freddy was awesome to work with and the crew worked quickly, neatly and were very professional and friendly. I very highly recommend Innovation!

Great service, responsive and went above and beyond for us! Thank you so much for your swift action and planning to do such a fabulous job on the garage floor!

Freddy did an outstanding job with the epoxy coating for my garage at our new house in Parrish. The finished floor looks amazing, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. What really stood out was his customer service?he was even kind enough to lend me his trailer so I could store my belongings while the epoxy coating dried. That extra level of care made the whole process so much easier. If you?re looking for quality workmanship and someone who truly goes above and beyond, Freddy is highly recommended!

Freddie and his crew did a really super job installing my garage floor epoxy coating. They do the work right, no cutting corners, using high quality products, and clean up after themselves. Give Freddie a call, you wont regret it.

We wanted entire home interior freshly painted. Walls, ceilings, doors, moulding, etc. All I can say is WOW. Looks amazing. Freddy and crew were prompt and very diligent in completing the job ahead of our requested completion date and thoroughly cleaned the house. He kept us informed throughout the entire process with text updates and videos and pictures. We won’t hesitate to use him again and highly recommend.

Freddy stopped by and gave us a great deal on having our garage floor epoxied. From start to finish, he made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He even provided his covered trailer so we could safely store our belongings during the installation, which was a huge help. The finished floor turned out fantastic. The color is beautiful, the workmanship is excellent, and the garage looks completely transformed. It’s truly a joy to pull into the garage now. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Freddy and his team.

Absolutely Awsome job very professional and on point very happy with the outcome

Communication was excellent the entire time. They answered all our questions, kept us updated, and made sure we were happy with every part of the project. Truly one of the best contractor experiences we’ve had.

Right on time and did a great job!

Freddy and his crew do excellent work and are very meticulous. I am very pleased with the epoxy floor and garage paint. I would highly recommend.

Great work by Freddie! My kitchen looks fantastic after the cabinet installation. Very professional and reliable.

Freddy and his team were great - they’re a local Parrish company who did our interior Painting for a reasonable price. Freddy’s communication skills were exceptional and his interactions trustworthy. We highly recommend them!

We had our interior finished with him 4.5 years ago and recently garage doors and front door painted, and the results were outstanding. He was professional, reliable, and paid great attention to detail. The iron front door looks beautiful, and the garage doors were finished perfectly with a smooth, clean look. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and clearly takes pride in his craft. We’re extremely happy with the transformation of our home and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality painter.

and the guys at Innovation Custom Painting were quick, clean, and meticulous in their work. They were a pleasure to deal with and got out to me quickly to get the garage epoxied. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their garage epoxied.

We couldn?t be happier with the work Freddy Mares and his team at Innovative Custom Painting LLC did for our garage! They completed a full 3-car garage epoxy floor, painted every surface including baseboards, trim, and doors, and even replaced the door thresholds?all in just 2.5 days. The results are absolutely stunning?it doesn?t even look like the same garage! The attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism were top-notch. We are beyond impressed and 10/10 would recommend Freddy and his team to anyone looking for high-quality, transformative work. Truly outstanding!
