Pros: - They were very pleasant on the phone and setting up the appointment was a breeze. - They showed up on time. - Extremely knowledgeable about my Viking Double Oven. He ordered the computer board and had it shipped directly to me. - Came back on time once again and installed the board, oven works great again. The Cons: - The only thing I regret is that I can only give them 5 stars, they deserve more.

At a very difficult time,(Coronavirus), Ideal Enterprises was a lifesaver. They came the same day I called, they were on time, very courteous and knowledgeable, and were able to fix my refrigerator and freezer. I thought the repair cost was fair and I would not hesitate to call them again if needed, and I would recommend them.
