Did a great job, so happy with the project. Fair price too

I got several bids. They came in the most affordable, by the time I was done, we had blown the budget, largely it was my fault for allowing them to quote virtually (FaceTime). I shouldâ ve expected theyâ d be off to the cheaper side. I wouldnâ t have them move sprinkler lines for you. Youâ ll need to pay later to have them fixed, so be wary of that. In my instance they also punctured several sprinkler lines deep under the concrete with their molds, which I had to replace after the fact and cost several hundred extra dollars. In hindsight, I shouldâ ve gone with a higher bid in the first place with someone I was confident would be mindful about those things, but you get what you pay for. After the sprinkler repair and the busting of the budget I was more than my other quote but still not higher than my highest quote. Iâ m generally disappointed for the about the finish work and the extra damage that caused. Other than that, the concrete is great. It is hard, broom finished and has a little finish work around the edge. Concrete to me is a commodity, my concrete looks relatively good, but the finish work around the edges is chunky and there are some sharp corners due to the forms they used being literally any random old piece of wood they could find. I will caveat and say that I poured like 1000 sf or more. So a whole team was working somewhat quickly. Perhaps if you have a smaller project, you would not run into any of these concerns, in which case they would probably be a perfect, relatively reasonably priced option.

Hired then to do a stamped cement patio it was done well overall they were more affordable than two other places that also gave me quotes the attention to detail was not the best though some of the edges of the patio were not as clean as I would have liked I asked them to fix it but they did not. Communication was not the best either I had to call and ask when things were going to get done. But if you are looking for a job that will be done well but not perfect at a very competitive price they are worth a call. If you want it perfect probably go with someone else.

If you are looking for quality work at a very competitive price, look no further. These guys showed up on time and worked hard. They always used the right tool and technique to achieve the best results. The end result speaks for itself. The appearance is great and I believe it will last for many, many years. Thanks IDL!

A couple of months ago we had Iram and his crew replace our entryway concrete. Iram was polite and we felt confident at that time that they would do a good job. They did not bother to unbolt the bottom of the railing but rather decided to cement around it. It is very unprofessional, we pointed it out to him as he was doing it, but this is how they left it. This is the entrance to our home. Iram said the imperfection in the concrete was just water and would fade, it has not. You can also see that the cement slopped onto the sidewalk and is very unsightly. We have repeatedly tried to get Iram to come and look at the damage, he has promised several times to show up and never does. He says he has been too busy. I rely on reviews, especially when working with contractors, so feel an obligation to share our experiences with IDL Concrete.

Iram and his team were great. We had 2 concrete steps and a long path put in. They were very professional and reasonably priced. We’re glad we used them.

They gave us a price that was comparable to others. We just needed them to re-seal our patio (which was long overdue). They told us "why" certain things needed to be done and they took a lot of care in prepping the area. They were on time and great to work with. It's nice to find a company that takes pride in their work

These guys did a magnificent job. Did what they said and when they said, and called to tell me when they where going to do what.

They were great and they also did the neighbors driveway as well.

They are great people, hardworking and they are doing a great job and very reasonable.
