Very professional. High quality work!

We had 5 cameras installed. They did a great job. Two of the cameras they recommended, ubiquity brand, failed. After contacting IDS they were able to replace the out of warranty cameras. They no longer are recommending ubiquity cameras to their customers, and are now using a different brand due to lack of customer support from Ubiquity. I only wish they had recommended a different brand initially. I would hire IDS again.

IDS was very flexible in schedule since I needed them to run cables then wait for the cabinets (weeks later) to be installed before completion of their work. Worked clean and quickly. Very professional.

The contractors were very knowledgeable, conscientious and trustworthy. They even helped me identify potential construction issues with the roof (as they were installing through the attic). I would highly recommend them for any low voltage project.

IDS provided and installed two Ring flood light cameras and a doorbell camera. Installation was fast and well done. Install cost was very reasonable.

From the beginning to the end, this process was flawless. Customer service was willing to work with my scheduling needs and Rumen who did the work was absolutely perfect. He was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He worked with me on camera and system placement coming up with options I had not thought of and used his experience to change how and where I would have placed the cameras. Hire this company ans ask for Rumen. You will not be disappointed.

After a mix up on the scheduled time of arrival a tech (Rumen) arrived apologizing for the late arrival. He immediately went to work completing the project in just over a hour. The finished product was very professional and appealing to the eye. Not only would I use this company again I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Unbelievable all round! I had asked Comcast to send tech options around on 4 occasions and they told me that I just had to live with dropping connections and randomly poor connection speeds (when I was paying for 250MB/s!). IDS came and identified the problem in about 10 mins. They came back with all the equipment needed and fixed all the issues in about an hour, start to finish. My internet runs better than I could have ever hoped! One network over the whole house, 200MB/s at the bottom of the yard! Not a single dropped connection! Amazing amazing amazing. I hope IDS read this - thank you so much!
