I-Deal HVAC was the installation contractor provided by Lowes when I purchased a new hot water heater. Kenneth, my installer, did a superb, professional install, and fully explained the operation of the new hot water heater. Despite the fact that Lowes Delivery couldn't get their act together as far as my request that the installer pick up the hot water heater, Kenneth was flexible and understanding, and arrived on schedule to perform the install. I would highly recommend I-Deal HVAC--if the rest of their staff is as good as Kenneth, they are the contractor of choice for prompt, professional service. Many thanks, Kenneth!

Every single person I talked to was super nice. The HVAC guys were very knowledgeable and professional plus they made me feel comfortable which is important being alone with 3 guys coming in and out of your house. Just an overall great experience and I HIGHLY recomend them. Thanks so much!!!😁😁😁😁😁
