Wonderful,

The customer service was friendly and communicative. The installers walked me through what would happen and gave me updates as I asked throughout the process. What we were sold and the product delivered met our expectations.

They did not complete the job.

Thought they were good.

They are quick to sell you a service. Then you will have to beg them to perform the service, then they will call you about 2 hours before coming out, then they will ignore the age of your home and bow your drywall and damage plugs and leave damaged hot wires in the wall and not inform the homeowner that a breaker should be flipped. I guess they wanted our house to burn down. Do not recommend it!

installer showed up when we were not home so some parts of the install are undone.

The installers left the property leaving a mess. Nails, gutter pieces and parts left all over the property. I have pictures. The installers broke a solar lamp post light and damaged vinyl siding J-mold to entrance door. I have pictures I would like to share. Personally the actual install was acceptable the breakage and mess obviously are not. I want to know how to share the pictures. I would not recommend this IES company for future work with my friends.

Communication needs work. Solid products, just oversold how fast the work would be completed. Then randomly arrives to put the gutters on while we are out of town and just does the work and doesnt really tell anyone. Happy with the work, just wish the installer was here so if we had questions about the work, we could have asked them.

TOO EXPENSIVE AND MISLEADING.

Never called to say when they would be there, they just showed up. Had to have them come out twice to fix issues with the installation. I was misled on the type of gutter guard that they carry. The installer said one thing while the sales person offered another product. Be careful when dealing with them

My install was finished a week before the estimate said it would be finished.

I was very pleased with the work and knowledge from the first phone call until the end of job. They probably cost more, but I like quality work.

We have an old brick home and were promised lower energy bills,warmer house and got neither....called the company and no one ever came out as promised...three years later while having brick work done,some needed replaced and it was brought to our attention by the crew doing it that there was NO insulation in the walls. When I called Mr. Buck...company owner, I was yelled at very rudely,accused of trying to cheat him when I said we wanted a full refund. He did offer to send a crew to do thermal imaging on our house to show me where the insulation is and then redo his job. When I refused to have this done because I do not trust them and I do NOT want my newly repaired bricks and mortar drilled into all he would do is YELL and say that's all he is offering.I tried to reason with him to come and show me where it was while I was having the bricks done and all he would say is he'd send a crew...Who runs their company like that?

They called right away to schedule someone to come out and give me an estimate, where the other company waited over 2 weeks to call. This was the major reason for choosing IES.

They may not be the cheapest out there but they stand behind their product and care about their customers and that is huge.

IES contacted me quickly and was on time for scheduled consultation. They came and went after the agreement was reached within just a few days and installed the new gutters with protection. I didn't even realize they had been there! I expressed concern with rain coming and they responded. In fact, I was going to purchase new downspout diverters to have them attached to the new downspouts and they beat me to it!! Was a little more expensive than I had hoped, but they were so punctual and honest that I didn't bother to get any additional quotes. I will be calling them again soon to get some insulation. Only marginal issue was a small disconnect between the inside sales department and the gentleman that came to meet with me. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them! Well done guys!
