I appreciate Mark calling me and talking with me about my window washing project. He did a very good job and worked hard at a window with severe water spots. Now I can see out the window. And he let us know where we have other spots but put no pressure on us to get it done right away. Mark was professional and I expect to set up a regular schedule for window washing here. Thank you.

This is a one person company. Mark did a good job on the windows. they were a Challenge due to hard water residue. He seems a little scatter-brained and forgot some of the windows until I reminded him. Needs to do better on the screens, but will make them right when he completes the work.

Left half the screens off when completed and was doing the job alone which took most of the day!

They did a great job and my windows look beautiful. I will say they just need to come dressed a little more professional but other than that I will continue to hire them.

Best price. Work completed in reasonable time frame. No issue with work. Need to be mindful of personal appearance, ie. keep pants pulled up.

So, after Mark left and I gave him a $25 tip on top of the $275 fee, I noticed a bank of three front windows were not cleaned; the same with the rear sliding glass door screen. I texted him and we set a date 5 days later for him to come back and finish the job. It s now two days after the 5 days and I have not seen nor heard from him. Don t use this guy.

Mark was responsive to inquiries and on time for the appointment. He worked very hard to make sure that we were satisfied.

We have a very large property with 2 units. We hired I E Window Cleaning and are very pleased with the job. He worked hard and long hours and we could not beat the price. Worth every dollar. Will definitely use him again.

I was quoted one price for the job. Then charged more for hard water on some windows. Disappointed because I had asked if the original price was for all windows. He saw the hard water on the front window and never said there would be an additional charge. Lots of streaks too. The guy was very nice, but previous reviews didn?t match my experience.

He worked hard but was overwhelmed. He needed another person to help.
