I Gotta Guy Appliance Repair

Chris came and checked the fridge, said it would be cheaper to buy another one, so, he sold me a fridge he said it was like new, it worked 2 days, Chris came back and replaced a part, it worked about 3 days and quit again, and this was during Christmas, we ended up doing Christmas out of an Ice Chest (with 11 family members), Chris Never answered his phone Again, his Voicemail was always full, he Never answered his Text messages. Chris is Still Not answering anything. HE HAS 775 DOLLARS, I HAVE A BROKEN FRIDGE. The report has been filed. Nice CON job Chris!

Arrived later than indicated, but worth the wait. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Repair made at a reasonable price.

Beware‼ Good old boys that come across like they're helpful but in the end they do not stand by their word or their job. Very low professionalism. They were unprepared, did not complete the job, charged twice the money they said they would. Also lied that they were AAA rated with the Better Business Bureau and they were not even listed! Beware‼

I cannot say enough words about the incredible service I received from “I Gotta Guy Appliance Repair”. It was Christmas week, I know he was super busy, he came ALL the way out to Liberty and got our ice maker working back to perfection again. I learned some things in the process and though I hope I don’t need to call him again bcuz he taught me how to maintain it in the future, if there is a need, he’d be my only call! Thank you!!

Chris showed up when he said he would. The problem was a little different than heâ d expected, but fixed it at a very reasonable price considering the work he did.

They were both great! Very friendly and professional. Plus, they found the part I needed in time for holiday baking!

If you have a problem with an appliance, don't replace it, call these guys. They will not only fix it right the first time but at a fraction of the cost of replacement. I would most definitely call on them again. Would highly recommend.AAA+

Chris was great, very professional and friendly! Chris came out the same day I called and didn't charge an extra fee for doing so. He had to come out on more than one occasion and wouldn't take a penny until the job was done. The value was exceptional for the quality of work, I would recommend this company to everyone!

He called and told me he would be at my home a certain time and later called and asked if he could come a little earlier and arrived right when he said he would. Everyone else I called told me it would be either a day or two before they could come and some even a week out. I needed my refrigerator that day and that is what I got. Thanks

Very quick response time and took care of the problem.

Called Chris and he got me scheduled, originally for the same day but I was unavailable. So next day it was! He communicated well and was on time. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and showed me the hows and whys. Transparency / honesty is a good character to have . He was able to take care of it and very fairly priced. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and will use his company again in the future.

I called, desperately needing a person to look at my dishwasher. Two men came the afternoon I called and completed the repair in a short amount of time. Several other places I called couldnâ t send anyone for a week or more or they didnâ t work on Bosch dishwashers. Very happy with the repair! Thank you!

I highly recommend this company. They did everything they said the would , were very professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier with their services. I will definitely use their services again, the also came the same day which was a blessing for me.

They responded that evening and came to do the repair on time the next day. cleaned up after themselves.
