IHS Building Corp, Lakeland

The staff at IHS Building Corp. are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They have a great work ethic. They made sure we were pleased with their work throughout the project. The quality of their work is great. They completely remodeled our master bath and it is beautiful! We are so pleased with IHS Building Corporation that we just signed a contract to remodel our kitchen, dining room and family room. We highly recommend this company.

IHS is a very honest company with a great work ethic. We essentially re-modeled the whole house, including the outside. Every step of the way, they made sure we were happy. The work is quality through and through. Highly recommend.

We hired IHS to remodel 2 bath rooms, Master and Guest. The job included removing all the old tile floors, cabinets, fixtures, etc and installing all new items. We supplied all the new items to be installed and IHS was willing to allow us to do this & not charge extra. In, general, all the Subs were very good. The Tile Sub contractor was excellent. He suggested ideas that helped us to finalize tile designs that we were very happy with. We were very satisfied with the finished products. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was some dry wall work. The new orange peel texture applied to a couple of areas of new dry wall did not match as closely as we would have liked. Overall, IHS was easy to work with, scheduling the work and the quality of their employees and Subs work.

They are a great business and very much willing to make you happy. There was some issues with the sub contractors and their quality of work. I know that IHS worked very hard to correct any issues I had, and always pleasant about any of my concerns.

Good Christian people to work with. trust is the best word I know to describe the people at IHS Building Corp, Lakeland I will definitely call them again when I need more work done. Upgrade: 04/03/2019 This was the second remodeling project done to my house by IHS Building Corp, Lakeland. First were a new kitchen and 3 rooms of flooring. I was so pleased with the first project that I did not even get other estimates for this project. I called them and they installed a new bathroom and 3 more rooms of flooring and 3 new doors. My 59 year old house looks like new. I highly recommend IHS Building Corp, Lakeland. John Weaver.

Not only do they do a awesome job they are courteous and I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall partial demo of the old garage and rebuild was spot on. Several delays with the doors was as an issue, but when completed was worth the wait . Professional/friendly workers on the garage project, as well as with the total re-roof on the house.

Excellent, very professional, very clean, fantastic job, very well done, I would hire them again.

Brian and his customer service girls were excellent. I gave a 4.5 on the work only because a nail or two were not in quite right and I found a few on the ground. Very minor things. I love my bigger porch and would recommend IHS

The only reason I am not going with a 5 star rating is because of their subcontractors. There was a couple of things done by the plumber and electrician, that I was not totally satisfied with. As for the employees of IHS, they were wonderful and professional to work with. They kept me in the loop of what was going on and were always willing to listen to me comments or suggestions. The final project came out beautiful and they were right there to take care of a couple of things needing attention at the end. Bottom line is I would use them again, and would recommend them to others.

IHS does top quality work. They were very willing to work around my schedule and accomodate my needs regarding this project. Brian explained everything and offered useful suggestions. He never pressured or rushed us. This project cost a significant amount of money, but with the quality that we recieved in workmanship and materials we achieved top value for our dollars.

Came promptly for appointments.

Great job. Large project and they communicated each step of the way. We added 3 bedrooms and a bath to a small range home. We are inexperienced to building and they helped us learn as they built. They had to work around the family and I would and do recommend Ralph and IHS Builders.

Project is currently nearing completion. Will complete evaluation when project is finished.
