We specializes in mold removal, mold testing, full air quality testing and evaluation. Our Concrete Craft Division is part of a national franchise that brings one of a kind products and application processes. What we can do with concrete will absolutely surprise you! I feel they are over price based on what insurance allows. I also feel they do not take responsibility for things that go wrong. We ended up not being able to allow them to finish because of the cost. I just am not happy with the overall experience. I would advise people to get quotes from other vendors and check with your insurance to see the allotment allowed. Ours cost 5 times the allotted amount the insurance gives you and my parents live on soical security and did not have a lot of money.

"Mr. Boggs is a wonderful man. Unfortunately, the interior of the residence was covered in mold and the home was like hoarder home. It was a very nasty job with dog feces in many rooms. We truly regret things ended the way they did. They became very disenchanted with me when a toilet overflowed one Friday night after everyone was gone, and they felt it was our fault. It also happened when we were not working, but they still felt it was my fault. Mr. Boggs? daughter set her glasses down while the contents of the home were being removed and she blamed us for their loss. She was very upset. I paid her $500 for the glasses."

I really thought Randy's reviews were too good to be true before I moved forward with the test. Thankfully, I was wrong. I was in a really bad place needing test asap. He called 5 minutes after I requested services and scheduled for the next morning at 10am. Then he actually showed up on time. I have lost faith in people these days and I'm so glad he proved me wrong on all levels. 100% will refer him to anybody I know that needs his services. Professional good guy!

Basically paid this guy $250 to walk about my house with infrared and humidity sensors to tell me I had problems that I already knew about. He recommended AC servicing, which I did. Still have the same moisture problem, I've attempted contacting I and I for further assistance, He doesn't return calls or email! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Purchasing a home in Leland (we're migrating from San Diego) and smelled something unusual in our potential purchase. That along with a small bit of wood damage next to a sliding door window sent up red flags. Very distressing because my wife and I fell in love with the house and were only in town for another day. Did my homework online that night and found Randy (incredible reviews). After talking with him for close to 30 minutes (sorry for the abuse Randy!) I was got off the phone knowing I was in good hands. My wife and I returned to San Diego the following day, Randy made a thorough inspection and gave us the thumbs up. We were able to make an offer with confidence thanks to Randy. Closing on the property by week's end. Moving van to follow! To note..... plenty of choices on inspection companies. What sets Randy apart is the personal care and attention he provided. He was super accommodating in day/time for the inspection and worked closely with my realtor to get in. Communicated well. And he sensed our stress and made a phone call immediately after inspection to us to report in. rust me that if you need an inspection, Randy should be your go to guy!

Removed wet flooring & molded dry wall; replaced all. Crews showed up on time, worked in timely fashion, very courteous & professional. Project finished on time; cleaned up very nicely. Went above & beyond by replacing lighting bulbs & globe. Would highly recommend.

After a couple months of fairly severe allergy issues, I hired I&I to do some air quality testing. Randy and Jess were both Very knowledgeable, competent, thorough and friendly. I plan to hire them for vent cleaning soon after tax time.
