No muss, no fuss with Juan. Getting work done at a long distance property can be stressful but in this situation, I could not have asked for better service. Juan called me immediately after I left a request, set up the time asap, contacted my tenant, arranged to meet the next day, replaced my water heater and quoted me a VERY FAIR PRICE. (The best and believe me, I shopped around). This is the kind of service I wish I always received with contractors.

He did several projects including installing a tankless water heater, opening a new drain line for a washing machine, install garbage disposer, and install bathroom fixtures. Juan is very professional, always showed up when he said he would and did what he said he would do. He was also very helpful with every phase of the city permit process . I highly recommend Juan for plumbing work. I will never use another plumber. Juan is the best!

Jaun came out to my house on a Sunday. We had bought a new toilet but could not get it to stop leaking. He came over right away and fixed it. My house was clogged. He cleared the line, did a sewer line video inspection, and found root intrusion. He found the problem and replaced that section of pipe.

I first found out I had poly pipes during my home inspection. I opted to have my inspection done by experts in the field. Juan warned me about poly pipes in the area and he was spot on. The results were scary, he confirmed I had poly, and I knew it made the house uninsurable and a water pipe could burst at any time. I opted to negotiated the price of the home and booked a repipe. I soon found out how lucky I was to connect with him early on about the issue. Within weeks of the home purchase and before my scheduled repipe date I had my first pipe burst behind the bar/laundry room. I had no idea what was going on because the wall with the leak seemed to have no water but following the baseboard damage, I knew the issue was getting serious. Juan came and immediately replaced the damaged lines and I havenâ t had any issues since. Two weeks after my repipe the same issue happened to my neighbor only they waited until it was too late and had water damage to the walls, furniture and closets.

Juan worked on my kitchen remodel before moving into our home. He moved water lines that were tucked in a wall that was removed to add an open concept kitchen island, he also installed the appliances that were replaced like the sink, dishwasher, fridge ice maker and hose bib. Even though the house was empty, he was clean and protected the job site as much as possible as my daughter has allergies and that was huge for us.

Juan came highly recommended. He was clean, organized, and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the water tank options including different sizes and newer features in the market. He completed the job in less than one afternoon beginning to end.
