Could not find a matching category above. TJ is the best! They cleaned my gutters and removed moss from the roof. TJ, Bill, Jake, and Josh did excellent work. Very pleased with the results. They went over and above my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone. All of TJ's team were very courteous and conscientious. On time and extremely efficient.

I was notified that repair man would be late but it ended up to be 3 hours. Normally, I would have no problem but had a meeting to attend. I had to leave as he began repair but it was fixed when I returned. The repair person was friendly and apologetic.

Very responsive, reasonable price, fine work. I needed the spring on one door replaced. They also replaced a frayed cable and serviced both doors. They are now my #1 garage door guys.

Both Home Advisor and I Know a Guy were top notch. I Know a Guy not only fixed my garage door (for which I hired him) he and his buddy noticed the wife's door was in need of adjustment THEY DID THAT ONE TOO! They were kind, punctual, polite, professional and successful at getting the doors operating smoothly. I unconditionally recommend them . . .

"Not sure how we are unreliable. We installed your door you ordered from someone else and it was missing a lock that isnt needed for operation nor was it needed for security. I apologize we can't make a special trip for no charge to put the lock on in a timely fashion for you."

TJ was more than willing to go above and beyond, I appriciated his helper and him doing the work. Also all my questions were answered with no hesitation. The only reason for the 4.5 star on quality is - the door itself, "not the installation", was. there were no handles or locks included in the door packaging. They worked like a machine installing the garage door. Install and clean up was perfect. I would reccomend them to family! One last thing, They were prompt on contacting me and showed up before time we set to have installation done. (This was removal of old wooden door and install of new aluminum door installed)

The owner called, gave a quote and came to install within three days since he had an opening in his schedule. Everything went very smooth and I am very happy with the quality of work. They installed four garage dooroppeners and completed the job in less than one day. They even called a second person to bring in a few need parts to insure that my openers would do their job for years to come. They met the schedule that I needed and the price was within the same range as the other companies that were putting me on a future two to three week work schedule. I would reccommend this company for this type of work.

Please give "I know a guy" a 4 star rating. He bid the right price, showed up on time and did a fine job. I would have liked to see the wires stapled to the wall. That would have made this a 5.

Very professional and informative, worked around my schedule and gave military disc!!! Better pricing that Kitsap garage doors could give and called immediately as I called Precision doors 3 times and received NO call back. Would definetly recommend I KNOW A GUY...

Submitted the request for repair on a Sunday (Labor Day weekend of course!) but T.J. called me the same day and came to the house on Monday morning. Within 20 minutes my garage door was fixed, only needed a new bracket and screws. He also tightened the chain for me and it's running better than it ever has! I would absolutely recommend trying this company out!

"I know a guy" is the guy to call for prompt, friendly, efficient, knowledgable and affordable service! We live in Greenwater & he came from Yelm to repair our garage. That's every bit of 60 miles!! Very refreshing not to hear "out of my service area." We will use him again, and highly recommend his service!

My garage door was broken into and the tracking was all bent out of shape and we couldn't get the door shut. I KNOW A GUY came down and fully replaced the tracking, cables, and a couple rollers. The whole thing took them about 30 minutes and was less than $150! I'd recommend I KNOW A GUY to anyone!!!
