Very pleasant and helpful. Said we should buy a new washer as repair would not be worth it. He does not sell new washers so he actually lost money by not repairing it.

Greg showed up on time!!!! Isn't it nice? you don't have to keep waiting for a 4 hours window. And he did a great job fixing my screen door. The price is so reasonable too! I would hire him again if there is anything need to be fixed in my house!

He notified me he was going to be late, but when he got here, he spent more time on the internet doing research than work. He made the machine worse and I had to buy a new machine.

"I replaced a failed component in the machine, but then determined that it needed an additional (and expensive) part. The homeowner did not want to spend that much money, so I researched repairing the expensive component instead of replacing it. I could not find a cost-effective way to do that. The customer chose to replace the machine instead of repairing it and I did not accept any compensation for my services."

I was very impressed with Greg, the company owner. He called me immediately after I placed the request and was friendly and very accomodating. It was a Friday afternoon when my washer broke and he was willing to come out that evening to look at it at no extra charge. He was knoweledgeable about our washer and diagnosed the problem right away. He also worked with my husband to order the part online and told him the part would come with a video on how to install if he chose to. In doing this, we saved alot of money. Very good experience!!

I would highly recommend Greg! He came out quickly and knew exactly what was wrong with our appliance. The most impressive thing to us was that he was so HONEST. We've had many different repairmen come out for different appliances and he was by far the best person we've ever dealt with. As soon as he left I called several of my friends and gave them his information. My good friend recently called me to ask for his phone number. Unfortunately she is too far away for him to go out there but he spent time troubleshooting over the phone with her and she was able to figure out what was wrong with her appliance and fix it herself. Awesome guy!

I hired Greg to repair my dishwasher that was making noises during certain times in the cycle. Greg was able to show up the afternoon that I spoke with him and quickly diagnose the problem. We ordered the part online to save some $$ and he did not charge me until he returned later that week to install the new pump. Greg alse provided me with some valuable advice on the use of my dishwasher. This is a great guy to know!
