I was only looking around on HomeAdvisor, and I forgot that the contractors would receive my information. Pauly called me on a Sunday morning and listened to my whole DIY dilemma. I do not know if he picked up on the stress in my voice or what, but he was very understanding and helpful over the phone. He came out Monday morning to look at my job and provided a very reasonable quote! The best part, he was able to come the following day to complete my project. His attention to detail is great! His work ethic is great! The job turned out to be a bit more difficult than either of us anticipated and took a little longer. In the end, Pauly was able to complete my basement remodel, and it looks amazing! Not to mention that he lifted the weight of the world off my shoulders as this was a DIY project that got too big and too complicated for me. He was awesome! A pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with Pauly again for future home improvements! I highly recommend him!
