Luis and his team made the process of replacing our roof efficient and I would highly recommend IMA Construction for those looking to work with a team that is reliable, professional, and provides a great product. After meeting with several roofers for quotes, we felt Luis was knowledgeable in his trade and provided a very reasonable quote. There were no frills/sales gimmicks involved in our conversation. Once the project kicked off, the team showed up early and put in a full day's work, and were very thorough in their cleanup process. While the roof replacement only took 2 days, the project spanned about a week as we contracted IMA to do some wood work for our balcony railings. We're very happy with the finished product and as this was our first major project after buying & moving into the home, IMA helped give us some peace of mind knowing we had a solid roof over our heads. I'd encourage anyone in the area needing roof repair/replacement to work with IMA. Thanks Luis!

IMA and Luis were recommended to me by an architect friend when my condo association agreed we needed to replace our old roof. We got several bids and it was clear that Luis was by far the most prepared to deal with the complexities of our project as we are three attached townhouses with dormers, skylights etc. He also gave us the best price and work schedule. He and his crew were prompt, prepared and worked so hard to complete our project before an impending storm. They addressed every concern we had with efficiency and competence. Luis and crew couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend IMA to anyone without reservation.

Flat, Foam, or Single Ply Roofing Installation and Replacement
Luis and his crew are simply excellent. The entire roof was removed and a new one installed. They work every minute of the day and could not have done a more perfect job. Luis and each member of his large crew are among the nicest people I have ever met. At first I was concerned about hiring IMA because the estimate was well below any other I received, but my builder inspected the work during and after the job and told me that the roof was done to perfection. Luis and his crew are meticulous. His contract is simple, unlike the complicated contracts I received from other roofers. In the end, I never even signed the contract. Luis just showed up on the first two consecutive days without rain and did the job. To sum up, it was the best experience I have ever had with any building project and I just completed a gut renovation of the entire house.

Luis was very responsive, being the first to come to assess the project and replying promptly to emails. The best value quote I received and not using the cheaper shingles that were on the house from a previous contractor. The crew who did the work (on a Saturday) were efficient in the work and thorough in the clean up. Highly recommend.

I am a senior citizen and needed a lot of work done to my home. I was really scared to hire someone because of the horror story I have read on the Internet, but it had to be done. I called several different contractors for estimates. They were so high I couldn't believe it. I called on IMA construction company and he was more than reasonable. I hired them to do roofing, vinyl siding, windows, and to replace any rotten wood they could find. This also included two sheds, a dog house, Window shutterw, and windows. They did a wonderful job on everything, very professional. My house looks like a brand-new house. The carpenter was very knowledgeable, and a very hard worker. Great work guys. Thank you again. Helen

Flat, Foam, or Single Ply Roofing Installation and Replacement
I am extremely satisfied with IMA Construction Corp. They did what they said and more. They show up on time, upgraded the insulation from ½ inches to 1 inch without extra charge, removed the old and heavy existing roof (not all the contractor would do this), replaced the rotten plywood under the old roof and placed extra plywood at the edge, fixed and reinforced the gutter, and they clean up the site after the work is done. IMA was one of 6 roofing companies I contacted to have my roof replaced. IMA had the best price by far, and I inspected some roofs that IMA had replaced in the neighboring towns. His work was top notch, and I even spoke to a few clients that happened to be outside and they couldn't say enough good about Luis and IMA Construction. I had a rather large job that involved removing old shingles from house and 2 car garage, siding repair, trim repair, window replacement. His crew was fantastic and left my place cleaner than before they started my project. I would most definitely call IMA again!!

I called 4 roofing companies, and IMA gave us the best price hands down. They were professional, friendly and on time. They used high quality products. I live in Beverly, and we have a mansard roof. It was a difficult job, but IMA worked efficiently with attention to detail. The yard was immaculate when they left. I highly recommend this company.

Job was done as promised, and they clean up after. Love the fact that it was done quickly and very efficiently I will recommend the company to anyone that's looking for a roof repair/replacement. The best of all price was very good. I will use them again if ever I need to replace another roof.
