He was on time and professional. He completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned the work area.

This was the 1st company to give me a rate that I could afford. Every other company I called which was a lot was about $150+ more!! Not only was it a great price but they responded right away, gave me a thorough and itemized quote through email and came out to do the work 2 days later !!!! Great service hands down! I already referred this company out to my neighbors.

Jorge Diaz and IMAS Renovations were the answer to months of prayer. Bewildered and frustrated, we decided to really do our homework and thoroughly interviewed all prospective service contractors. We interviewed five. Mr. Diaz was the only contractor who prepared a written estimate within 72 hours as promised. The estimate was very detailed outlining each job and the cost to complete each job. That alone was quite impressive. In addition, Mr. Diaz consistently kept us apprised of material costs and expenses. He would inform us of potential issues that could result and review the various alternatives/options which was very helpful in our decision-making process. Mr. Diaz is a very professional, enthusiastic and pleasant individual with a "can do anything" attitude. If you can think it, Mr. Diaz will put forth his best efforts to make it a reality. To say that we are very satisfied with the quality of work Mr. Diaz has provided is an understatement! We feel especially blessed to have had Mr. Diaz totally transformed our house inside and outside. Our family, friends and neighbors are truly amazed. We have found a reliable, skilled and trustworthy contractor and in us, Mr. Diaz has found customers and friends for life.

I have made many improvements to our home and they have come out okay. When IMAS Renovation came and put in our new fence we had an exceptional experience! Jorge and crew are so very committed to an outstanding job that everything is perfect with no fuss or muss. The are rated 15 in a number from 1 - 10! This is the first time I used Home Advisor, and I can honestly say it was more than I could have ever expected. Jorge is wonderful, professional, and more. He did such a wonderful job, that we are making a list of everything we need done. He the perfect Handyman and does more than you can imagine.

Jorge is one in a million to find as a handyman. SOOO nice, smiles a lot and is very concerned that you are happy . He replaced all hardware on 2 screen doors and did a perfect adjustment on both. They work MUCH BETTER than when they were new! He came the same day I called and was EARLY ( which has to be a first)! Will be only using Jorge for all of my repair needs... hopefully for years to come. WILL I REFER........ABSOLUTELY

Jorge Diaz did a wonderful professional job. He replaced our soffits and repaired eaves. He repaired an inside ceiling. He was always on time and we would highly recommend his services.
