"Mrs. Vidal, I am sorry if we did not satisfy you with our cleaning. When you first hired us, I clearly told you we did not do a deep cleaning with the steam machine or vacuum. We did all surfaces you wanted clean. As for the 3 hrs, we cleaned ceiling fans, walls, a/c unit room, rusted sink, windows, siding on the outside of doors, vents, toilets, and all pet hair was removed. Again I apologize if there was a misunderstanding. If there is something I can help with please contact me I will be more than happy to come into good contact with you. Thank you!"
