IMovers just finished my move and did an outstanding job! This was my 3rd time using them in the past 2 years. This time I moved locally in palm beach. Had 3 pick up stops with everything being delivered to our new home in boynton beach. Enough stuff that it filled up the entire truck. 3 guys did the move. Javier and Mike were very respectful and easy to work with. I could tell they have years of experience doing moves. Not a single item broken and they put everything wherever I wanted at the new home. Efficient, professional and they did it all within 5.5 hours. Thank you so much IMovers! I appreciate you and will refer you to anyone.

I would not recommend this moving company for your move. This company was hired by a broker to make an interstate move for me of a 1 bedroom apartment. The day the movers arrived they told me my move would cost more then what I was quoted in my binding estimate agreement from the broker but were unwilling to tell me what the cost would be until all of my belongings were loaded onto their truck. Per the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration if you have a binding estimate any changes must be agreed upon prior to any belongings being loaded onto the truck, not after. They ended up charging me more than double what the broker quoted me. They claimed it was because I had more belongings. However, when the broker did inventory of my belongings they accounted for everything. For example: 1 queen sized bed, 1 bookshelf. When the movers did my inventory they counted 7 parts of my bed including rails and headboard and the individual shelves on my bookshelf in order to increase inventory and charge me more. They would not give me a delivery date on when my belongings would arrive. When I called to complain about being overcharged the office manager yelled at me on the phone and told me if I was unhappy I should have had the movers unload the truck. In that case I would have been out the 1,200 deposit that I paid and then I would have had to pay for the movers to load and unload my truck for no reason. I have filed a complaint with FMCSA against this company. They also have 11 complaints on them just from 2021. My belongings showed up broken and they had obviously be went through. I would avoid this company at all costs.

This was the worst experience we have ever had. Military move, and they lied to us about the cost and overcharged us by around 10K. This company is labeled â rogue movers who give you a quote, keep your stuff until you give them money. Total shame, stay far far away. After we contacted the local police I had to contact a national agency who tracks moving companies and their reputation is horrible. Broken furniture that had yet to be paid for, not even an offer to fix. My daughters electronics were missing after the move. Horrible experience. Stay far away

I hired their services to move me from VA to IL and store my items for 90 days under controlled conditions. 1.- They showed up the next day we agreed on with a silly excuse 2.- They came with an smaller truck than needed. My stuff had to be mixed with another truck that had a different load. 3.- Items arrived destroyed: smashed boxes, dressers with broken - irreparable - legs - One glass table wrapped by them came broken 4.- Items came with mold, signed that the storage was not under controlled conditions as promised 5.- They lost some of my items 6.- I made a claim two weeks a go and no answer. They suggested that I had a basic insurance coverage for insurance and they pay X cents per pound, trying to price gold like bread. AVOID THIS COMPANY .... If you are interested, I have all pictures, claim and contacts. THEY TREATED MY STUFF LIKE TRASH

Simply stated, IMovers is a special company. We engaged IMovers via a referral from a trusted friend. Our representative Nicole DAngelo took our hand from day 1 and walked us through every detail and exactly what it would look like. IMovers came to both houses in advance, took measurements, actually created a written game plan!! On the day of the move they executed the gameplan flawlessly, pivoted when they needed too and made sure we were happy throughout the entire process. By the end of the day we were all sitting around having a meal together as family. The movers worked hard and had a positive attitude the entire day which lasted 15 hours! I am the owner of a large local restaurant with 40 employees. I have had a lifetime of success in the customer service business. There are just some things that cant be taught. You either have it or you do not. This company has IT ; and they are certainly going places. Prices were beyond reasonable to the point that I was almost insulted when I shopped around. Extremely easy to do business with and I would NEVER use another company after the experience we had with IMovers. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
