IMPACT Home Inspections, Inc.

They were prompt way to work with

I used Impact Home Inspections for a roof inspection prior to my roof getting cleaned. They did a drone inspection prior and after the roof was professionally cleaned by a third party. Impact Home Inspections was prompt, thorough and dealing with them was seamless. Totally professional. I highly recommend this company and its services, if you either need a home inspection or are thinking of having your roof cleaned.

A team of professionals I have hired for my own home inspection and recommend highly to my friends, family and clients! details oriented, punctual, reliable and thorough. You will have outstanding services hiring this team!

We have owned a number of properties outside and inside Florida. Gabe and his team are by far the best inspectors we have ever used. Gabe utilized the latest technologies and techniques, was super thorough, explained and showed me what he found, used Covid-19 safety protocols, expedited requested mold test lab results, and revised paperwork to reflect the fixing of 4 point inspection problems. All as quickly as I had requested due to the global pandemic. Amazing job! Thanks so much.

They were very courteous, prompt and thorough.

Very professional, polite, on time and Gabriel did a great job. Highly recommended

Great service! Quick response for service, thorough and detailed.

This company is excellent. They are extremely thorough and professional. We are very happy with the service they provided and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a home inspection done. They will not disappoint.

Best experience through inspection. Great service from booking to inspection.

Very professional and responsive . Definitely worth talking with when needing there service in thei area

They were prompt (even early!) They were very thorough and very knowledgeable (my husband is in construction so he knows what they should be looking for). The inspector reviewed things verbally at the end and then we had a written report with clear color photos emailed to us before the end of the day. We would DEFINITELY recommend them.

Gabe did an exceptional job in inspecting every part of the house that we retained them for. He surpassed my expectations for thoroughness. At the end of the inspection he met with me and reviewed each item he found and what should be done about it. I'm very please I hired IMPACT. Thanks Gabe!!

Thank you, Gabe, James, and Michelle, Your Company and Team is Amazing! Surpassed all expectations! Genuine and Professional, Knowledgeable and Thorough! I will recommend you whenever and wherever I can! Best of luck with all of your future successes! Respectfully, Brian W.

They made themselves available to explain the inspection after it was done

These guys were amazing!! Did a thorough inspection and provided a quick and complete report upon completion. Even checked the pool, roof, and did pest and mold inspection. Super professional and fair price. Would definitely hire again, or recommend to a friend!

Very thorough, responsable and profesional.

I would give more stars if I could! Michelle was a pleasure to work with as we needed expedited service. Gabe was extremely thorough and addressed all of my concerns. He left no stone unturned! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND-Thank you again Michelle & Gabe...totally satisfied customer & you were a pleasure to do business with. 10 stars from me!!!

I hired Impact Home Inspections because of the other great reviews left by past customers who had also hired the company - and the company lived up to the great reviews - professional, on time, and thorough. Quite pleased with the service and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I received an extremely detailed report that was very useful and getting my new home at the price it should be ! The entire team Jimmy and Michelle we're great !

I was extremely impressed with this company from my initial contact with Michele and my contact with Gabe during the inspection. The inspection was thorough and a at the end of their inspection, both men give my husband and me a full explanation of everything they found, both positive and negate. IMPACT Home Inspections was so much better than a company I hired to inspect as home that I purchased. I research several companies before deciding on IMPACT and I am glad I did. Don't waste time researching others.... Gabe is the best!

Gabe and Michelle are very helpful and detailed regarding any findings. As a first time home buyer I found their insight very helpful and it made me confident in proceeding with buying the property.
