Major Home Repair (General Contractor)
Young, not much experience with customer service, asked for a written estimate several times-got none. Then got a surprise Bill for way more than expected. worked hard but he was not sure of what he was doing. Had to supervise closely then engineer the job ourselves. Young, but the experience will help.

Bathroom Remodel
Disappointed in the finished job. Corners of trim put up are not flush, large gaps in the trim along walls, left unpainted holes in the wall, left bathroom full of dust, dirt, and trash for us to clean up.

David has done a few renovations and full remodels for me, I usually sub-contract out the work to him, he takes care of trim, painting, cabinets, and flooring. He is a good guy and I recommend him all the time.
