This project is still underway, but to-date, very pleased with the quality of work, professionalism, and interaction. Would definitely hire again based on what I've seen!

Late, unprofessional and unreliable. Does not answer the phone or call clients back. Constantly given the run-around and then told the price increased.

IMS Home Improvement had rebuilt my deck a few months ago and this week they came back and applied stain. The two men listened to my questions and concerns and were very professional. The job was done in good time and the deck looks great.

Project was a deck re-build along with repairing the wall behind the siding underneath the deck. This resolved a water issue inside the house. Paul is easy to work with, his recommendations and estimates were reasonable and his crew very professional. I always ask a lot of questions, and he was quite patient with me. Very satisfied and will be scheduling further work in the near future. They also painted trim and garage door.

He accommodated a couple last minute requests I had and completed those within the time frame of my contract completion date. So not hire a handyman to put things together for an hourly rate. I paid 158.00 and in 2 hours 1/10 of a my job was completed. What a huge waste of my money and time.

Had some roof repairs that needed to be done. I was thoroughly satisfied with IMS in all aspects of their performance: communication, project-scoping, solution, pricing, and finished results. I have no problems recommending IMS. I would hire them again.

Repaired a serious window leak (not the window itself), removed water-damaged section of interior wall, checked for mold, replaced wall section. Ditto ceiling and wall in garage in floor below. Did several smaller jobs. Experienced and professional. Good value for the money. Will hire again for future jobs.

Please inquire if service will include supplies, i.e.-caulking, tape, nails, etc. This should not be necessary, but will prevent having to go out to buy/acquire these things.
