Justin is one of the most flexible plumber. I had a gas leak and had to replace the entire line. After multiple quotes, Justin estimate was the most reasonable quote without all the extra unnecessary services.

They came as soon as I called; no waiting. Fixed problem in minutes.

Infinite Plumbing (Justin) promptly returned my call, quoted work over the phone (with no change after arriving onsite), arrived at scheduled time and texted prior to arriving with arrival updates. Work involved exterior faucet replacement with frost-free, anti-siphon faucets that required interior wall access and additional work to properly brace/secure the pipes within the wall (as the prior plumber did not properly brace the copper pipes). Overall work quality was excellent for a relatively simple job. I was pleased enough to have Infinite Plumbing quote additional water line and drain re-routing as part of a master bath remodel. (so, yes, I'd use them again).

I needed a slab leak and valve replacement repair urgently as my property had to shut down the water. I contacted some plumbers and they gave me outrageous estimates. I researched what the cost for this repair was and that's how I had an idea of what I should be charged. I went to "Angi" and entered my info and the next morning, Jonathan called me. He gave me a detailed and sound plan of how he would repair my broken pipe (better than the original as he used more flexible material to withstand foundation settling) followed by a fair estimate! I was shocked! I told him It was quite urgent and he said he would do it the next day. Any skilled tradesman should have an idea of what they should charge for routine jobs, that how I know this guy knew his stuff. He came about 30 minutes earlier than the time he said. His work was flawless! He sent me pictures of the job after he was done (total transparency) and explained everything in full detail. He found another line that needed repair and went to home depot to get the parts and charge a very reasonable price to do this extra work. I highly recommend Jonathan to anyone that need a highly skilled master plumber that's honest and doesn't try to price gauge based on the urgency of the job.

Consummate professional, provided excellent and timely communication, braved unusually cold weather to complete a sewer line replacement install as promised. We absolutely recommend Jonathan and will do business with him again.

The service was great. We thought we had a clog in one pipe but a camera check showed it clear. They found and cleared two other pipes and the problem was gone.
