James was professional and knowledgeable. He spent over an hour at our home inspecting our current A/C and furnace equipment. He provided us with a comprehensive assessment of our needs and a quote for replacement equipment. At the end of the service call, James didn't even want to charge of us for his time. Very honest and reliable. We would recommend him again.

I had an appointment with James at Inland Air & Construction to have an antique, not working, air conditioner checked out. I let him know that I knew it should be replaced, but explained that I really needed it to run another summer. He worked really hard to get the unit running and I was thrilled when cold air filled my home. I highly recommend James and Inland Air & Construction to anyone who wants fair and honest work performed with integrity.

James was very professional. He gave the best work for a reasonable price. He also explained everything he was needing to do to our AC unit in our office building. We are now going to be using him for all our maintenance needs and any repair work needing to be done to our AC system.

Excellent service and professional attitude. He went out of his way to help me extend the life of my air conditioner. This is the best money I have spent in a long time and we noticed the massive improvement immediately. When I need to replace the equipment (it is 20 years old), I fully intend to call Inland Air to do the work for me. I highly recommend this honest and hard-working contractor!

The Tech. was not able to explain the repair cost clearly. He overcharged me. However, in the end everything worked out. as the office readily adjusted my invoice to the proper amount.

My heater was working fine before he showed up. While he was servicing it, something weird happened and he almost could not get it to turn on. He finally did but I wasn't overwhelmed with confidence that he knew what he was doing. He put in a new thermostat and left the screw holes for the old one exposed.

I was given an estimate on repairing a very old air conditioning unit. The technician that came out was prompt, professional, and most important honest. They did not attempt to sell me a new system that I didn't want, and gave an honest opinion on the cost or possibility of repairing the worn out AC that I have.

I e-mailed them for an appointment around 11 pm and the technician was at my house around 11 am next morning. He quickly located the problem in AC and fixed it right there, had all the equipment and materials with him, didn't try to sell any unnecessary service or repair, charged very reasonable price. I will call them again should I need to.

He called ahead and arrived on time. He quickly found the probelm, had the tools and materials needed and made the repairs in a reasonalbe time frame. He was friendly, well groomed and professional. I would refer him to others and use his services again in the future.

Mr. Johnson was totally honest with me about my system, and worked with me to save me money while making my old system work. Others had told me my old system was not repairable and had to be totally replaced at a much greater expense than my budget would allow. Inland Air did the job very professionally and faster than I had anticipated, and my old system (with a new compressor) is working great.
