I had a great experience! The company contacted me right away after submitting my info on Home Advisor and knew exactly what I needed. They answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. It took about a week for my part to come in, and my professional, Leo, was did a great job installing it. He was courteous and knowledgeable. This company is very small but they get the job done!

This company took my money for an appliance part and I have been unable to reach them to complete the job for 2 months. They have not returned my calls or text messages or completed the job. It is like they have stolen $250 from me.

At first glance this business seems to be customer oriented. However, it is not. Customer service is very poor. Washing machine after two weeks is still not repaired. I have received several excuses as to why not. This delay is costing far more than the repair of the washing machine in regards to extra expenses, and trips to the laundry mat. Do not recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Charles and Leo, you guys rock! I bought a new dishwasher and the company could not install it--they said the electrical connection was too complicated. I called Elite, and these guys were out AT MY HOUSE WITHIN ONE HOUR of my call. They were fast, friendly, professional, courteous, punctual and less expensive than I thought the job would be. I will definitely call them again!

A piece of steel from my wife’s coffee pot was stuck in the garbage disposal & it wouldn’t operate. They were able to remove the last bits of coil and got the disposal working again. Very effective.
