Dave and his family truly made our remodeling dreams come true!! We have a turn of the century home and I had a very specific vision of what I wanted out of our bathroom. After thorough planning and much excitement it began! I was very impressed with the consistent communication that was had throughout the project and the respect that was given when throwing ideas off of each other when it came to function and design. Dave and his crew were extremely hard working and prompt and went out of their way to be helpful and flexible. The bridge on our property washed out before they began the project but they were willing to haul their tools and materials across a muddy pasture and up a steep hill to get the job done. We would gladly hire them again for any of our other projects. Appreciate the great work.

I chanced upon Dave Holmstrom, the owner of Intent Builders at our local Home Depot as I was looking to have a new deck built at a house I had purchased in Kelso Washington. Dave's quote was competitive and the quality of his workmanship was superb. What was particularly impressive was his going above and beyond the basic requirements of the project and ensuring that the finished deck was visually pleasing. I have since employed him again ob another project - reframing a garage door - where again that same attitude of making the finished work aesthetically pleasing as well as functional made him an obvious choice! I highly recommend Intent Builders to all those people who want a first rate contractor!
