INVICTUS EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION LLC

This was the best experience with any construction company that in our nearly 40 years of being home owners we have ever had. Being the original owners of our home, one can imagine that we have had many different types of work done, inside and out, if it is a project Invictus does, they're going to be the first company we contact! Our new roof has, in two days since completion, already improved the attic cooling, requiring the AC to run less. Chase wasn't just interested in doing the job, he helped to make sure we, including our service dog, were comfortable with what would be done, the cost and accomodations for all of us, including safety for us and his workers. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was a wonderful experience. His communication was impeccable and not at all intrusive, making every effort to make sure we had all the information that we needed.

From the moment I spoke with Chase Ware, sales manager extraordinaire for Invictus, I was sold! Every step of the process clearly showed me the damage that was done to my roof and how the situation could be amended quickly. The quality of the materials used, the quality of the detailed construction, and the immaculate cleanup at the finish made me a happy homeowner indeed! I highly recommend Invictus for the highest quality and most affordable job for a new roof.

Great experience!! Everyone knew what they were doing and did what they said, when they said they would. We opted to do metal instead of shingles and they were great with that too. They even painted the fireplace fleu to match the roof and other new vents. David stayed and coached me through the call to the insurance claim and we're here when the adjuster came out. Everything was scheduled perfectly and the crew worked from daylight to dark, done in 2 days and a couple hours. In my opinion they went above and beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a fair price, exemplary work and a most pleasurable, easy experience from start to finish! Would give them 10, but can only go as high as 5 stars!

I am very impressed with their professionalism along with an excellent job on my roof. They went above and beyond normal standards. They left my property completely clean. They completed work quickly. My home looks great again! Thank you, Invictus!

We bid with several companies for our roof replacement. Invictus gave us a fair price, but more importantly not a hard sell or push for insurance claim. The work was done over two days and I appreciate that they took time to do a good job rather than boast a One day completion like many others. The project manager (Chase) was on site both days and made sure we were kept informed of damage found to the underlying deck and repairs made. The finish product looks great and we would definitely recommend Invictus for your roofing project.
