Mr. Rafferty and his son did an amazing job painting the old foundation of my house. They worked non-stop in 87 degree heat. They are such nice people. Extremely efficient and professional. Johnny Rafferty / IPC did a great job with my deck project. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this service. He was very efficient, neat, and made sure that I was satisfied with the work. He used modern tools that made the job more professional than other contractors that I have used in the past. He was able to do the project in 2 days - 1 to wash the 2 decks and 2 to apply the stain / paint to them. He did the work when promised and was easy to work with.

John came out immediately and started power washing and prepping for paint on the aluminum siding and gutters. After power washing the home and gutters John Jr came and started spraying the gutters the first day and the second day finished up the rest of the siding on the house The job came out great John Jr did an excellent job spring the house They both went above and beyond to make me happy. Also they were very courteous and polite and did a good job cleaning The area when they were done. I would definitely use father and son team again for work in the future.

IPC Contracting power washed our deck then came back a few days later and stained the deck. Johnny,the man who did the work is very professional. He takes great pride in his work and makes sure all is done well. He will not disappoint you.

They were here for the estimate on time, with a fair price, and a promised completion date that suited our needs. They showed up the next day as agreed upon, on time, and completed the job in a very timely manner with no interruption to our day. It looks really good, we’re pleased. Obviously time will tell how well it lasts, but they used the material they promised to use and put down what appears to be a good thick coat of sealer after performing the promised prep work (clearing the edges, blowing clear the entire surface, filling in the necessary cracks with a thicker material before sealing). I recommend them for sure.

We had our driveway sealed and was impressed with the quality of work and had them come back to stain our deck and porch. They also painted our foundation and shed. Very professional and you can tell they take pride in their work. Very friendly and explained everything they were going to do and what care needed to be done after they left(when to walk on and place furniture back on ). We will definitely use them again in the future.

I hired this pro to paint the trim on a two-story brick house. Johnny presented himself as a third generation professional, learning first from his grandfather when he was about 12 years old. He was now in his mid twenties. I was hoping he had learned all about painting on old wood, since my house is 80 years old. He was very good at spraying paint, so most was done with a sprayer, not a brush. This resulted in poor coverage. The trim paint was 2 colors: Light gray & dark gray. Somehow the two got mixed together and formed a medium gray and some of the trim was painted that color and didn't match. He said he would be glad to return and repaint, and he did return. However, as I look at the result, it still doesn't match and off by quite a bit. I'm going to have to hire another painter to repaint some of the old wood and some of the trim. He cleaned his equipment in my side yard and killed a large section of my lawn. Also left the hose on. I found a pond when I noticed.

Unbelievable service and communication! Johnny and his crew are courteous and extremely hardworking painters. They got the job, of painting my 97 year old mother’s 2 story house exterior, done in two days. The quality of their work is impressive. Definitely hire this company.

Deck cleaning and staining look nice.

The contractor Johnny was willing to discuss the project and products with me in detail. He was punctual and committed to getting my deck cleaned and stained even though the weather was not cooperative. Our deck looks really nice!

Johnny painted all of my aluminum siding, blended the downspouts, and kept my green trim and roof free of paint. In addition, he removed some shutters I couldn’t reach and completed the job in a timely manner. He was polite and tidy!
