We had nothing but the best experience with IPC Plumbing. I called Mark on a Saturday and explained the issue, and he came out the same day and fixed the problem with no issues. He was quick, efficient, and extremely personable.

Had a really good fast and quick repair for a leaking stop valve. One of those after 5PM Friday headaches that appeared out of the blue and had it fixed in less than 3 hours. Fantastic piece of mind - pretty much every other plumber had shut up for the week or were booked solid for the next week which is never good for a leak that won't stop leaking. Polite, clean, quick and ready to roll to our emergency - worth every penny and for what was so called after hours wasn't that bad - I commonly spend more calling out someone to repair my appliances. Will definitely keep their details for the next plumbing issue that arises.

Friendly and efficient. Did the work and checked to make sure it was done correctly...I felt confident with the results. If further plumbing needs should arise, I will be happy to hire Mark again as I am confident he will do the job correctly.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Called IPC about a drain clog. Purchased a range the day before converting from electric to gas. Asked Mark to quote this as well along with a water main line repair. He offered great prices so I hired him to do all 3 tasks. Mark is a great person and a excellent plumber. I highly recommend him and his team for any work you may need at your house.

I called because I had a 2 year old toilet that kept running. I was told that there would be a $60.00 charge for him to just come out. Once he was here he knew immediately what was wrong and had the part, which was $25.00. Took him less that 5 mins. to get his tools, part and put it in. Ending was a charge of $250.00. I thought that was way over charging me for this service.

This was the worst experience ever with a plumber. From the initial quote, only half of the things were done and Mark would not refund my money. Every sink leaked on my brand-new cabinets causing damage. Had another company come in and charge me $3,000 to fix the mistakes he made. Do not use.

Mark was quick to respond and kept me notified in advance of proceeding with any work what the cost to me would be. The subtle leak that was the problem was very difficult to diagnose and Mark's methodical approach in troubleshooting and isolating the problem is appreciated. The repair went well and Mark also noticed a potential future problem with my water heater installation which he repaired with the parts to correct it, which he had in his van.

Mark was the only plumber I could find who would come out to a rental I manage on a Sunday. I had just had surgery and could not drive so he became my eyes and ears. Water was leaking through the ceiling into the kitchen. He determined what the problem was and fixed it. He sent me before and after pictures. I felt his charges were reasonable and did not feel like I was gouged. Thank you, Mark.

They were very prompt to call after we requested a plumber, and we scheduled them for the next morning. The work was satisfactory. My only drawback was the amount charged. I thought it was a little high. I think there was some upcharge because he had to leave to get a part (shut-off valve) but I thought that would be something plumbers carry with them. Maybe not.
