Johnny is the owner. He came promptly out to property and gave a free estimate. He had his crew, at no charge, dig the yard to find the cause of the issue. He gave a great price and repaired the broken line in a matter of hours. I was really impressed by his determination to find the cause and a quick solution. He even gave me a first time customer discount... way cool! His Contractor's License is 973707, fyi. He's got a customer for life. Thanks.

Left my gate open and dripped sewage on my driveway, which would have been fine if he hosed / cleaned it off. They were a little more expensive, than others, but came out right away on time.

i was worried about the height on their truck and an old oak tree being damage. It was not a problem for them. For $35 more they had an extra long hose they could use.

David was the technician that pumped our Septic Tank and Cesspool who did an excellent job. He was running just a few minutes late and called ahead to let us know. Shortly after calling he arrived. The lid on the Septic Tank was very difficult to remove, David was very patient and efficient. David is an asset to your company, very courteous , respectful , and a wonderful sense of customer service.

I called on a Saturday when our septic tank was full. When I spoke to Yesenia, she told me Jose would be out to pump our tank in 20 minutes. Jose arrived on-time & got the job done. He was very professional & thorough. The price was reasonable. We will definitely use them again when needed.

I needed quick help and my regular guy was booked so I tried West Coast Environmental for 'next day service" They were very busy too and didn't arrive until 7 PM but that didn't matter to me. They called me to say they would be an hour later than estimated. Fair enough! They did a good job. Very professional and friendly. I gave them a 4 STAR on VALUE because my regular guy pumps more gallons for somewhat less money.
