Our crews have over 30 years of industry experience and we take an enormous amount of pride in the attention to detail put into each of the projects we're involved with. Traditional Stucco - Repair or Partially Replace
from the very start, Raza showed a respect for my property -- he took off his shoes while walking through my home to give me an estimate. He gave the best bid, showed uo when he said he would, and got the work completed on time and cleaned up after themselvres. IIQ Builders did a great job.

Raza and team were absolutely exceptional in every possible way. I had read terrific reviews about how transparent and honest he was and that was absolutely the case. We hired them to build a patio and pergola in our backyard and his crew did a phenomenal job. They cleared all the old rubble from our backyard (there was so much back there), removed a dying tree, and built the patio and pergola exactly as it was requested. Raza is a wonderful person to work with and I would highly recommend this team!

Raza Shah was absolutely first rate on all accounts. This was a difficult restoration of an exterior brownstone wall facing the adjoining owner's property who would not grant access resulting in need for all work to be done from scaffold. IQ managed under difficult conditions to get the job done on time and on budget despite obstacles. Plus Raza is a total standup guy. His word is bond. Raza put me at easy at every possible level. It was a pretty big job an 80 ft driveway and he put dry wells in, graded it very carefully and his workers were excellent. What separated them is that Raza basically made me feel comfortable in every single way.

They brought in extra men and finished a 3 day job in a day and a few hours. Pointed the house, as contracted, and did a few extras like replacing a couple of slate roofing tiles, silicon caulking the perimeter, fixing the door sill and cleaning a a bird's nest out of a gutter. Very pleasant; showed up on time and did professional work and clean up. We will be using them again and recommending them to others. Thanks guys!
