Very responsive & communication was great. Bahruz, the technician, was polite and explained things well. Work was professionally done.

I had a bad kitchen drain clog and Christian came out last week and he did a great job clearing it out for me! He was punctual and professional and I was very happy with his work. I have had issues with this before and have had other plumbers come out, charge me twice what I paid to Irbis and the problem continued to exist. I will definitely be calling Irbis back in the future when I need service!

My Fiance chose Irbis HVAC to replace his ducting at Saratoga on May 18-23, 2026. Company was offering a 20% off advertisement for replacement work when he signed up for the monthly service plan at $24.95. The manager refused to offer the advertising offer advertisement offer stating they already started the bid. stated in IRBIS advertisement. Glen asked her again and told he wanted to speak with the manager. He emphasized and repeated to her that he had tenants in this home when the work order began with Irbis. He also told Natasha that the technician never offered him the monthly service plan advertisement which included 20%. Natasha said she would get back to us only to let us know she wouldn't honor the ad.

IRBIS responded in a very timely manner when I requested a quote on Yelp for my AC repair. When at first I didn't respond, they even reached back out to see if I still needed assistance. Indeed I did! They were able to make a next-day appointment. The next day of my appointment, I received a text letting me know that technician Hugo E. was on his way. Technician Hugo was professional, tidy, and had excellent customer service and communication skills. He was able to explain to me what the problem was and the different options/packages I could purchase. This felt very respectful of my autonomy to choose the best option that works for us at this time. His work was efficient and he was very knowledgeable about AC units. I highly recommend the services of IRBIS.

Irbis was very responsive. Very communicative which I appreciated. My only question/concern was value. Their technician was complete with the repair in 20 minutes. The charge was a little over $300. I never received a receipt so I was unable to validate the charges. I was happy to have my AC running, so I wasn't going to be be short sided with the big picture. I would use Irbis in the future. Now I know I need to ask for an estimate 1st.\
