We had a great and fast experience with iRestore Illinois! Zakk came to the house for inspection and even dealt with insurance for us. Our roof was replaced FAST, no mess left behind and it looks great! Overall a super friendly, fast and stress free experience. Highly recommend.

I had received two prior roof replacement estimates and wanted a third. I happened to look out my front window and saw iRestore’s truck parked directly outside of my house (my neighbors were getting their roof replaced the next day by them). I decided to call them and (if I remember correctly) Zakk came out that same day. Zakk explained that he would meet with my insurance company’s claim handler (CH) to review the damage. While the other two roofing companies told me they did not see hail or wind damage, Zakk and the CH agreed to fully replace my roof (as there was some damage but the original shingles were no longer available). Everything went smoothly - the workers completed the entire two-story roof in one day) including all of the cleanup.

Travis Damarin found us the morning after a tornado hit our street and just two days after we accepted an offer on our home. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about his company and walked us through the entire process, explaining how iRestore would take care of us. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of iRestore, and my insurance company didn’t want us signing with anyone so quickly. Let me tell you, while I was dealing with endless back and forth nonsense from our insurance company, Travis was nothing but patient, reassuring, and had the best communication with us. When we finally got everything sorted out with insurance, Travis and his crew had barely two weeks to install all new siding, a new roof, repair a hole in our garage wall, and repair our back deck before our closing date. And they did it! While I was stressed beyond belief, Travis answered every call, text, and question without ever making me feel like a bother. He personally came out to secure the tarp on our roof, checked in with us even while on a short vacation, and made sure we understood every step of the process. Our home looked absolutely amazing two days before closing, and the new owners were very happy with the results as well. I am going to be recommending Travis and iRestore to anyone and everyone. My family is forever grateful for their care, professionalism, and hard work!

Zakk was awesome. The claim a year ago was denied, and Zakk fought back with the claims manager and State Farm agent, by advocating for the need of a new roof. After a year of going back and forth, we were able to get It approved and within 30 days , i had a new roof and gutters. Highly recommend him for his proactiveness, attention to detail, and always having a customer first mindset ! Wish there was a 10 star option, because that would be my assessment no question !
